Where did your gods begin to be? Where did those that sit on the council of the gods (i.e., Grand Council or Council in Heaven) begin to be?

Perhaps millions or billions of years ago. The Bible does not say and I don't have that information, but I like this scripture:
(Old Testament | Psalms 82:1)

1 GOD standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

The writer asked the question: Do you think you could find the generation when the Gods began to be?

He answers the question later in the song, and the answer is: no man will ever find pure space. IOW, no.

God our Father will continue forever and ever, worlds without number and He will continue to create for ever and ever creations without number. And His work and His glory is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man. Some men will only receive immortality, but some will receive eternal life, which is life with God the Father, and in order to be in His presence and withstand His glory, we will have to be just like Him.

The Bible states that Eve is in the image of God, but that would not be the image of the Father. So I believe it must have been God the Mother. God being a Father and His wife being a Mother both being equal.:

Yes--but you claim there are many gods before God the Father--for He had a Father also (I assume a mother also) and he had a father and that one had a father and.....
Then we can become gods and those that we give birth too and....
So you're into millions of Gods right about now. God the Father you view as only the God of this earth.
