Be subject for the Lord's sake to every human institution, whether it be to the emperor as supreme, or to governors as sent by him to punish those who do evil and to praise those who do good. For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people. Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God. Honor everyone. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the emperor.

From the Didache:

2. "Thou shalt do no murder; thou shalt not commit adultery"; thou shalt not commit sodomy; thou shalt not commit fornication; thou shalt not steal; thou shalt not use magic; thou shalt not use philtres; thou shalt not procure abortion, nor commit infanticide; "thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's goods";

Obeying government takes precedent over the written code in scripture.

1 Timothy 2:1-3
First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior,

Evil laws that allow the cold-blooded, premeditated, and wanton killing of the innocent, shedding their blood, is abhorrent to the living God.

It is written specifically as one of the 7 abominations that God hates:

"These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren." ~Pr 6:16-19

The question is, IS that law a "sin"? Have there been "laws" that have been abominations to the living God throughout history? Is this one of them?

Praying for New York and all of this country.

God help us.

What is it that we are obeying government in? Is government going to command our women to have abortions? Adultery laws were overturned long ago but we still aren't supposed to do that either.

I didn't find any limitations. Jesus obeyed Government and was crucified by them.
I'd say that is your natural limit, being crucified by the law.

Romans 13:1-7
Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment. For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval, for he is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God's wrath on the wrongdoer. Therefore one must be in subjection, not only to avoid God's wrath but also for the sake of conscience.

I don't particularly hold the Didache in particular doctrinal regard, however I do seriously note that it displays what people a lot closer to the teaching of Apostles, and a lot more familiar with the society of the Apostles believed that the Apostles taught about doctrine.

You’ve already been ousted as one who values the opinions of man above the truths of God. If you think abortion is God’s will just because a sinful, wicked government institutes it as law, that truly shows how vile your heart is.

Christians are literally required to die rather than be forced by government to sin.

Well, actually He didn't. The Law forbade claiming kingship, and He did claim to be a king. Not of the same realm, but that's just quibbling. Romans eventually realized what the Jewish hierarchy realized more immediately: A king hoped for is a threat to the current throne.

I think you thoroughly misunderstood 1 Peter.

1 Peter is actually the field manual for how Christians are to behave as diplomats of the Kingdom of Heaven assigned to the nations of the world.

Diplomats have this requirement: Obey their laws, honor their officials, pay their taxes. But no diplomat disobeys the moral laws of his own country when in an overseas post, because he is still subject to the laws of his own nation.

For instance, a US diplomat might be posted in a country where marriage to a pre-pubescent minor is legal. He still cannot marry one while there, however, or he will be prosecuted under US law.

It's no different for citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven assigned to earthly nations.

Daniel had to submit to Nebuchadnezzar but he didnt submit when it conflicted with worshiping God alone.

Matthew 15:9 ‘But in vain do they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the precepts of men.’”

I agree with that, but the law does not require us to have abortions' it merely says we can if we so choose.

The law of the land also says we CAN (if we so choose) worship Allah, Buddha, Krishna, the Great Pumpkin or a fire hydrant.

But WE are told: "No other gods before ME."

The OP says that mans law takes precedent over the written code in scripture. So that would mean we can have other Gods because the law of man allows it.

Jeremiah 1:5:
Before I formed thee in the belly
I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Psalms 127:3-5:
Lo, children [are] an heritage of the LORD: [and] the fruit of the womb [is his] reward.

Isaiah 44:24:
Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I [am] the LORD that maketh all [things]; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;

Job 31:15:
Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?

Psalms 139:13:
For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

Galatians 1:15:
But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb
, and called [me] by his grace,

Genesis 29:31:
And when the LORD saw that Leah [was] hated, he opened her womb: but Rachel [was] barren.

The abortion agenda was started by eugenicist devils like Margret Sanger and Helena Blavatsky in order to promote a more promiscuous society...one that can be controlled and duped easily.

And he is entirely wrong in that point.
Yes, we obey the laws of the land UNLESS they require us to break GOD's law. But the law allowing for abortions does not force us to have abortions.

When does mans law ever take precedent over Gods? Thats the same as saying abortion is legal in Gods eyes because its legal in mans law..

You need to go farther back than that. Hippocrates was the father of western medicine and he wrote circa 400 bc. In his famous oath (which was pretty much unaltered until the 1970s) it states I shall not help a woman to obtain an abortion. So that has been going on for a very long time.

Sanger et al are just the modern proponents of the practice.
