Why would the Lord Jesus Christ, teach us that “whosoever believes” would have everlasting life, if it were only a special group of people that He enabled to believed, were the ones to receive everlasting life?
He wouldn’t.

Adam and Eve had real free will, but once the Fall happened, we now are enslaved and bound by the sin nature, so not really free anymore!I don't think the bible need to use the word "free will" to show that there is free will.
When God told Adan and Eve, they could eat from any trees except one, it is implicit that God gave them free will. The fact that they did eat showed free will. Israel chose to worship idols instead of God. The Pharisees and most Jews chose to go against Jesus and crucify Him. Free will is implicit throughout the Bible, right before our eyes.
The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sins!
Peter stated that we have been reddemed by not gold nor silver, but the precious blood of the sinless Lamb of God, Jesus, do you believe him?Since you don't seem to know what God said about innocent blood, I will provide you these passages.
Deuteronomy 19:10
that innocent blood be not shed in the midst of thy land, which Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.
Deuteronomy 21:8
Forgive, O Jehovah, thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and suffer not innocent blood to remain in the midst of thy people Israel. And the blood shall be forgiven them.
2 Kings 24:4
and also for the innocent blood that he shed; for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood: and Jehovah would not pardon.
Psalm 106:38
And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan; and the land was polluted with blood.
Proverbs 6
16 There are six things which Jehovah hateth; yea, seven which are an abomination unto him:
17 haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood;
18 a heart that deviseth wicked purposes, feet that are swift in running to mischief,
Jeremiah 19:4
Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, that they knew not, they and their fathers and the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents,
Jeremiah 22:3
Thus saith Jehovah: Execute ye justice and righteousness, and deliver him that is robbed out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence, to the sojourner, the fatherless, nor the widow; neither shed innocent blood in this place.
Jeremiah 22:17
But thine eyes and thy heart are not but for thy covetousness, and for shedding innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.
So I ask, is is your desire to shed the innocent blood of Jesus? Was it God's desire, since He hates hands that shed innocent blood, and is an abomination to Him? Did you notice Psalm 106 in particular?
Psalm 106
37 Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto demons,
38 And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan; and the land was polluted with blood.
39 Thus were they defiled with their works, and played the harlot in their doings.
Nothing is said of innocent blood cleansing anyone!
