NO I am suggesting that they are not telling the truth and their objective is to block his appointment to the supreme court because of their liberal bias. I am even going to far as to say that Ford is a seasoned professional taught by the system to lie for economic advantage. IE to push and sell drugs. Ramirez is also a professional that deal in rape counseling. So she knows all the inns and outs of the business and how to create a model that does not reflect the truth.

To which Einstein would say that "God does not play dice" and God knows the outcome. In this case the outcome is NOT going to be the results that Ford or Ramirez are hoping for. I am not going to explain any more to you because we have the advantage to be able to determine the outcome and we do not want to tell the obstructionists how to do that.

There is a time and there is a place for them to be heard but this is NOT the time and this is NOT the place. It is absurd to suggest that it is. You can not tie up the whole country in a tizzy over what happened to them many years ago back when they were in high school and college and drank to much and got upset over what may or may not have happened to them when they were inebriated. Esp when no one is coming forward to confirm their story

Also Judge Kavanaugh was not even in town at the time. His journal shows that he was on vacation with his parents. Ford should have been with her parents. To say that she did NOT spend her Summer Vacation at home with her parents causes many bells and alarms to go off for me. I know people that were raised in summer camps and boarding schools and they spent very little time at home with their parents and they are very troubled people.

So if this is the best the obstructionists can do, then we just need to drop this whole issue and get on with the vote. Then if they feel he is unfit to serve, they can work to impeach him. A can of worms I would love to see them open. Because there are at least three liberals on the bench that my not be able to hand the scrutiny of an impeachment hearings. I keep saying over and over again people are going to fall into their own pit and get caught in their own net.

He's already been cleared 6 times by the FBI during his career. He's also been questioned by the Senate for dozens of hours by the Senate during these hearings and answered 1200 written questions. When will it be enough?

Sure, but that ignores the fact that since
Roe v Wade was decided, conservatives have derided the opinion as not supported by the specific text of the Constitution invoked or its meaning. Indeed, the substance of Rhenquist’s dissent was that the decision wasn’t supported by the specific text or meaning of the Constitution. The “base,” as you call it, includes people who adhere to the view Roe v Wade isn’t faithful to the specific text or it’s meaning in the Constitution.

At this point, I would think Trump should scrub Kavenaugh and work to get someone else in. Maybe a woman. There's going to be an endless stream of accusations now that people know it's going to delay the vote. We need to get someone in before midterms.

As teenagers, people don't always think about what they want to accomplish in life.I am sure Kavanaugh was not thinking about one day becoming a supreme court justice while he was having a good time at a party.
