CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

is that the amplified Bible? or is that what the concordant version looks like? i can't read that kind of Bible... the sentence gets lost for me, with all the meanings shoved in there...
i meant to thank Clement, for that link to the concordant versions for a good price... i will have to ask him if the concordant part is in the side bars or in the writing, like the amplified.

You are not alone, Hugs. J.M.T. is overwhelming, but if you truly want to know the depth of koine, J.M.T is dead on! For the average guy or gal a simpler version is quite adequate. J.M.T goes beyond the amplified. He is my dear friend: his 22+ years in the translation of the N.T. is incredible, overwhelming and incredible!

Before you present the powers of 10 again, F.L. why don't you think for a moment of what the conquering Master of the all did when He descended to the "disobedient" captives in prison from the days of Noah.

This is the problem: Science can not define the scope of the universe, in fact they believe the universe is moving in a continuous expansion in all directions. They cannot define to within one digit 3.14>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

My dear Hugs: new things are breaking upon me this very day! I will never understand how small we are as we contemplate the Unfathomable One. Why He bothers with us is a great mystery: but He does, and the Day is fast approaching (not fast enough for F.L), when the whole of what He has "cherished" will begin to unfold in degrees of Glory!

what do you mean?? most peeps are looking for the tribulation and God's wrath... i'm listening to another zender vid right now, he thinks that God is coming to wipe out CHRISTIANS, you know, the ones who are lying about Him torturing people in flames for INFINITY... frankly i don't know what's going on... i'm not sure what the book of revelation means... so tell me what you are looking forward to.. it's sounds nicer lol

F.L. is looking for a new Day when the groanings of creation will cease. A Day when the silliness that pervades churchianity is swallowed up in the Author and Finisher of [our] faith. A Day when all elements of death are swallowed up in the Master who conquers all death, every last element! A Day that unfolds in the entire universe filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord!
