What Is Christian Universalism?
"Any true definition of Christian Universalism MUST INCLUDE THE BELIEF that God is all Sovereign, loving, powerful, wise, just, and ultimately rules over everything. It MUST ALSO INCLUDE the belief that salvation is only by faith in God and was finalized by Jesus Christ "who gave Himself a ransom for all" (1 Tim 2:6). The definition of Christian Universalism DOES INCLUDE THE BELIEF that God "will have all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth" (1 Tim. 2:4)."
Only those who obey the Gospel will be saved.
I appreciate your view. Are you aware of what it means to be IN Christ? Consider the following. "That IN/EN the Name of Jesus every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess"
"You are Lord to the glory of God the Father."
The Scope of the confession and worship=
1. All beings in earth.
2. All beings in the heavens.
3. All beings under the earth.
Yes.
Those in Christ must remain in Him, or be cast into the fire and burned.
If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. John 15:6

If universalism were true there would be no reason to fear GOD. That is why it is such a pernicious doctrine - it subverts the fear of GOD.
You must be kidding! Are you actually declaring the reason we follow God is out of fear? You, my friend, need to get rid of your present god fast! I follow the Living God because my poor miserable life finds no satisfaction with anything outside of union & communion with Him.
"Love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love."You mean this one?
But I will show you whom you should fear: fear the one who has authority, after the killing, to throw you into hell! Yes, I tell you, fear this one! Luke 12:5
And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation. Luke 1:50
and the Spirit of God shall rest upon [Jesus], the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and godliness shall fill him; the spirit of the fear of God. He shall not judge according to appearance, nor reprove according to report: Isaiah 11:2-3
"Love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love."
My friend there is no contradiction! None! God IS love, that is the very fabric of Himself: all aspects of His person flow from His essence. I will ask you one question>>>>>>>That verse creates an apparent contradiction:
- One of the 7 holy spirits is the fear of YHWH (Isaiah 11:2); Jesus told us to fear GOD (Luke 12:5)
- GOD is love (1 John 4:8, 16)
- There is no fear in love (1 John 4:18)
The definition of Christian Universalism DOES INCLUDE THE BELIEF that God "will have all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth" (1 Tim. 2:4)."
He also stated that "all persons, who truly believe in the eventual salvation of all mankind by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, are Universalists."
"Universalism, using the word in its present theological meaning, is the doctrine or belief that it is the purpose of God, through the grace revealed in our Lord Jesus Christ, to save every member of the human race from sin.
Greetings my friend:The belief that Abba will have all mankind to be restored back into union with Himself was firmly believed by a number of schools in the early Church. The restoration does not include a get out of jail free pass, but means the mass of mankind (the polus) "made sinners" in Adam1 will be the same polus "made righteous" in the Last Adam, our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus the Lord. This is not mere fancy of feeling good Theology, but rather, the purpose of God in His Son, His "cherished" purpose in Him. He not only desires this outcome, He wills it with determination!article:
