CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

You know, speaking of which, @Swords&Sunflowers , while appreciate your encouragement towards going back to Albemarle ... I think they were exaggerating just a bit in their company summary at the top of the job posting.

... Last time I was there they just made bromide safe enough to throw onto articles of clothing and make them resistant to fire. I didn't think there was much of a market for something this specific, especially when they let me go in 2009 for losing business, of all times.

hrrrmm true true...i guess it's important you have the same values as them in order for you to have meaningful work there, but if they aren't true to their statements and exagerating, yeah maybe look for a company with a better track record performance wise.

Ohhhhhhh I believe that before I met the Swan I was looking for a GT version I dont regret my choice to put the Mustang away and aim for an Equinox or Terrain though.
I do remember looking into that system a bit while window shopping for Mustangs (I used to like to go through my music options as well as power options while car shopping) and I do remember reading that it was a pain to work with.
Looks like the best price I have found for the dash kit is about $271 if you buy your stereo from Sonicelectronix (I've dealt with them years ago and they were good)
The problem with these "premium" sound systems is that they usually have a weird set up that doesn't usually (at least in my limited experience) play nicely with aftermarket add ons unfortunately. Thats not to say they are impossible to work on, it usually just means a few extra steps in the process. I did a quick search and cant seem to find the info i once had on it but Im sure you could find some good info lurking a few mustang forums in the car audio sections as the best info is always to be gained from those that went through it already.

Well, to be fair, who can truly know if their personal values align with the those of the company they apply to work for until they are actually there and can see for themselves.
After all, difficult as it may have been back when I worked for them, I was pleased to find that Nestle Health Science seemed to have the highest of ethical standards when it came to the customer and treating their own employees well. And then, well, I believe it was Fire Girl here recently who let me know of this little, shall we say, unethical debacle on Nestle's part. And it was something I had not known until long after I had stopped working there.

it was okay...
the grilled cheese was superb though! (but maybe because I was hungry)
