Why is it a sin to be in an interracial relationship?

A few preachers I’ve heard have said it is, and it’s pretty frowned upon where I’m from, I don’t see anything wrong with it myself so I was wondering if it was or not.

Those preachers are false teachers! Stay away from them. White supremecists are one segment of society that teach that.

I'm in an interracial relationship..my husband, son and I have been in and out of various churches of different denominations all across the country and no one has ever even hinted to us that they thought our relationship was wrong. The only exception was his family, but that stemmed from racism and ignorance not religion.

When I was a young fellow, it was thought that children in an interracial family would be treated badly by both races.

I thought so, too. But it was because of the prevailing prejudice. People need to stop hating others on the basis of outward appearances.

Today, almost every relationship is sinful.
Every sexual relationship outside of marriage is sinful.
Interracial as well as every other one.

But not interracial any more than any other one - there were famous interracial marriages in the Bible.

A relationship does not have to be sinful. Simply most are.

We've got one g-child with a 6 year ballet scholarship, one with an academic scholarship at UWM, one left her child behind with grandma, and one is autistic. All bi-racial. Oh, another finished two year child care certificate. All raised by single moms. The recent royal wedding included a biracial bride. She seems ok.

there are 5 kids in our neighborhood from interracial families

that my child plays with as all the kids are about same age

don't know how the kids do in school as our child attends a different school
however, I had the math flash cards out last summer and all the kids were interested in answering and seemed to know answers

I think it evens out anyway, from the aspect of discrimination that children will face. A lighter-skinned "biracial" child will generally face less color discrimination than a darker skinned "black" child, and more color discrimination than a "white" child.

You can be president of the United States, but if everyone hates you, you're going to have a rough go of it.

Happiness comes from a relationship with our Lord Jesus, and that is something that a person can have regardless of his complexion.

They endure hardship like the rest of mankind. People suffer no matter what race they are.

It still is not a sin. People who claim it is are deceived by Satan.
