That leaves 9.5 million who can, does the military need more recruits than that?
Most of them do not wish to serve in the service.
Many nowadays would rather stay home not work and play with their Game Boy.
While waiting for Mom to make them a sandwich.

Way to go! Insulting the same folks that are going to be paying for your Social Security.
Most of them do not wish to serve in the service.
Many nowadays would rather stay home not work and play with their Game Boy.
While waiting for Mom to make them a sandwich.

I'm surprised they could find 7 people willing to enlist.
Yeah, many people have now realized what a farce it really is to go and die because some old people are scared of Muslims. Most of them do not wish to serve in the service.
Lol. I get the point you're making but no one is playing with a Game Boy nowadays. Many nowadays would rather stay home not work and play with their Game Boy.
especially when the biggest threat to our freedom is coming from our own government.
Prove that.
American government.
Still the best on earth.
M-Bob
Bob, how is the American government the best on earth? Now I do love America the best, but we sure do fall behind in a lot of ways from a lot of countries that are our peers.
Truthfully, I cannot think of another government that runs smoother or protects the people more or has done more to help poor countries.
Do you have any suggestions I'm open to study?
M-Bob
Well Bob, look at the list of countries with a higher quality of life than ours as a reference.
Probably in most cases because of our own chosen lifestyles?

When I passed the ASVAB with flying colors the recruiter told me most of his potential recruits either fail the ASVAB or the physical requirements, he said it was like 80%. My oldest daughter told me she wanted to join but she was 8 pounds over weight, I told her if she couldn't lose 8 pounds to stay away from the Army.
I suspect the ratio is higher then that given the age group.I suspect 7 in 10 adults under the age of 45 would fail to qualify for military service, too.
