You are making up your own rules .. no such restrictions on them in the Bible. We can't say for example "Angels cannot chew gum because the Bible does not show them chewing gum" that would be making up a rule.

Plenty of people have in deed seen objects thrown, and floating and also people floating via the work of a demon. Not sure where you are getting your new rules for demons from -- where does that come from?

I have seen demons, evil spirits etc on numerous occasions but not one of them have ever thrown objects.
Maybe God does allow such interactions in Canada, America, and them parts of the world, but He doesn’t allow it in Ireland. The first time we heard of poltergeist activity was in a film.

Read your Bible man, plenty of evidence that God restricts, controls, allows demons in what they can and cannot do.
What you won’t find in the Bible is any demon throwing stuff around.

Nothing contradictory there - the public exposure argument is addressed by the fact that God is restraining them. Even in Luke 22:31 Christ said "31 “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded permission to sift you like wheat;"

They have rules they are bound by.

In my wife's family -- there is a history of family members working in the occult, mediums etc - and stuff floating through the rooms was a regular occurrence for some of them ... not flying... floating. And that would happen even though they were afraid when they saw it in their homes and businesses ..

Eventually they all became Christians and it ended.

This is very different. Dealings with the occult are bad. Defiantly possession and all sorts can happen. Thank God they did. I have never dealt with it, I got a card reading one time from a gypsy but repented. I didn’t belief her anyway. As I said, I take my expieriances at face value. I can only take your word that crazy s—t went on due to the occult. I don’t know if it and so unable to comment

So are angels. But an angel rolled away the stone from Jesus' tomb. An angel grabbed Jeremiah by his hair. Satan pointed out that angels would have kept Jesus from falling to His death from the temple.

The claim is that God restrains demons from doing the same sort of thing. However, scripture does not say He restrains them in that way, and there is no valid argument from silence.

Scripture does show demons physically possessing human beings, and there is no difference between being able to take possession of a physical person and otherwise manipulating other physical objects. Molecules are molecules.
