When it comes to superhero TV shows and movies, Marvel rules DC all the way.

Are you including Inhumans in that?

They even keep the same actors from the TV series to their movies.

I think there are merits to DC keeping the movie and TV universes separate. One of the drawbacks of Marvel having a shared universe across both media is that major events have to happen in the movies as there will be more movie watchers who don't follow the TV shows than vice versa. So Agents of SHIELD's first season only fully kicked into gear towards the end when the fall of SHIELD happened in Captain America: Winter Soldier, whereas DC can have significant events happen on the TV shows as there isn't the problem of them having to react to the movies.

As for the actors, there aren't too many of the movie actors who have appeared in Agents of SHIELD, mainly because they're big names who cost too much and are working on other stuff, whereas DC can contract their actors to appear on multiple shows. And with DC having introduced the multiverse in the TV shows, there's always the possibility of the movies taking place on a parallel Earth and a crossover happen that way, although I suspect it won't ever happen.

I haven't seen it! Truthfully, I don't watch a lot of TV shows or Netflix during football season since football is typically what I watch when I take free time to watch TV. So I have a lot of catching up to do. The Gifted, Inhumans, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher, Legends of Tomorrow, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D....they need to slow down on making these shows!

Yeah, it's more like with movies like Suicide Squad. In Arrow they introduce the Suicide Squad and you learn who the different characters are, and then they make a movie but with completely different actors. And so then it doesn't feel related at all to what is going on in the TV shows. And I'm actually okay with the movies having the major events. It's kind of interesting to get the more minor, in-between happenings that the TV shows contain.

Unpopular? Maybe. But this was my exact feeling about the movie. The scene where she is marching across the battlefield deflecting bullets with her wrist...I thought it was so cheesy lol. Like I am all for girl power, but this was not the way to do it. Give me someone like Jessica Jones if you want to go that route.
