i'm saying we came from some kind of ape-like creature and that God is very creative in how he makes us. this is the best I know with all my discursive understanding of reality thus far.

I see the flesh as a container or as a clay pot. the spirit God blows into us develops and grows though it be a seed til the right conditions come into play. therefore our celestial body is whatever the plant that sprouts out of the clay pot is and eventually we shall put off this pot and continue to flourish and grow even more. so I see creation as a kind of place where God grows souls of specific kinds.

YHWH created beasts first, then He created man. He gave men the ability to talk to Him and each other. When did apes lose that ability? I guess some apes evolved into men and others remained apes?

We don't have a "celestial body". We have "natural" "terrestrial" "earthy" bodies according to the Apostle Paul (1 Corinthians 15:40, 44, 48).

This post shows I did not misunderstand you. No Christian should believe in macro-evolution where men evolve from monkeys, etc., which is what I believe noxot was referring to. Perhaps I misunderstood him. Micro-evolution is true (evolution within a species), macro-evolution is false.

The fossil record shows otherwise. Genetics shows otherwise. Evolution (or what you call macro-evolution) is a fact. You cannot have an earth that is billlions of years old without species evolving into whole new species.

What is theory is the forces behind it. Is natural selection, genetic drift, and mutation sufficient? That is the only thing open to question.

As I have mentioned before, Evolutionist have to play with the test to get those ancient dates. Somewhere on the Internet is a special formula to get those dates, otherwise the dates come out to be 16,000 to 6,000 years old.

Your post presupposes that God divided the law into ceremonial and non-ceremonial sections. No such division exists.

The penalty for eating forbidden meat during the Festivals is death. Otherwise there is no penalty for eating non-kosher foods.

If they don't do it as a habit, what makes you think they would only do it in ceremony.

That would be the difference between the upright and the sinners. The Elect of God follow His commands. There is no contradiction in what God says, we can eat what we want; but as for the Festivals, we must not eat certain foods.
