If Jesus was naturally birthed and conceived then it would follow that He could not sit on the throne of David. Since His conception and birth were supernatural He escaped the curse. By law he was made the son but, by flesh and blood he was not the son of Mary.

As for what qualifies one to be a Jew let's be correct that a literal Jew was one who descended from the tribe of Judah whereas the word Jew was also used to describe the whole nation of Israel. Keep in mind that Abraham was not a Jew but, was called a Hebrew who came from the land of Mesopotamia. Adam was not a Jew or gentile: therefore one does not need to be a physical Jew to be Jewish: for Jesus said to the seven churches of Asia that many who call themselves Jews are not but, are of the synagogue of Satan. Therefore those who are truly Jewish are such in the flesh and in the spirit: Jewish.

"YHVH said to my master/lord (ladonee), sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.

This same spelling is used here:
“Hear us my lord (Abraham)” Genesis 23:6
“Sarah bore a son to my master (Abraham)” Genesis 24:36
“You shall say to my lord, to Esav” Genesis 32:5
“I love my master (a slave owner)” Exodus 21:5
“Let not the anger of my lord (Moshe) burn” Exodus 32:22

So as we can see, that verse has nothing to do with Yeshua not being Miriam's son.
