More questions but I would like your comments.
Leviticus Ch.26
The scapegoat story.Surely its absurd.
Be cruel to a goat and your sins will go away.
If you will not obey my commands I will bring upon you sudden terror, wasting diseases and fever that will destroy your sight and drain away your life.
Numbers Ch.14 Yet I will not fail to punish children and grandchildren to the third or fourth generations for the sin of their parents.
Surely not by a loving God.
Judges Ch. 11.The story of Jephthah's daughter.
Jephthah must have been mentally ill and his daughter and her friends.

Wow, well I haven't finished with Moses in Egypt yet.
This is just going really all over the place to answer everything. You have very atheistic point of view with little understanding of the mosaic justice system.which seems to being coming from some christian thought in britian at the moment.

What do you think was the greatest achievement of the old testament Israelites ?

And do you eat meat or kill household pests and think that is acceptable ?

If you answer this, it may quicker way to understanding things.

2Samuel David and Bathsheba.
This is surely a grossly immoral story as was David arranging for Uriah to be killed in battle because David lusted after Bathsheba.David also murdered his prisoners of war.
Not a Godly man.
In Isiah God said I will set Egyptian against Egyptian.
Again I say that the Bible should be rewritten so that all of it glorifies God.

I believe that the ancient Egyptians wrote the Bible and then claimed that it was inspired by God so as to enhance their standing in the world.
We are all God 'S children and the promised land is the whole of God 'S earth.

These are reported in the bible as sins and mistakes of David
So what your saying isn't correct.

Passover this if you dare
5. Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
6. Thou shalt not kill.
7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.
8. Thou shalt not steal.
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
10. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbor's.

(Exo 12:21 KJV) Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover.
(Exo 12:22 KJV) And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning.
(Exo 12:23 KJV) For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
(Exo 12:24 KJV) And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy sons forever.

The Lord I know would not condone the killing of anything, since He created it all. The term "hate" or "kill" is not in the Lord's vocabulary.

6th Commandment: Thou shalt not kill.

They defiled the Lord’s commandment then and they continue to defile the Lord today.

.,.,.,What do you think was the greatest achievement of the old testament Israelites ?

I searched for an answer to your question and came across the following~~~~~~~~

Ezek 14:7 KJV) For every one of the house of Israel, or of the stranger that sojourneth in Israel, which separateth himself from me, and setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to a prophet to inquire of him concerning me; I the LORD will answer him by myself:

(Deu 1:16 KJV) And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him.

(Deu 24:19 KJV) When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.

(Deu 24:20 KJV) When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

(Deu 24:21 KJV) When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

(Jer 7:6 KJV) If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt:

(Jer 22:3 KJV) Thus saith the LORD; Execute ye judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place.

(Zec 7:10 KJV) And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.

(Exo 22:21 KJV) Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

(Exo 23:9 KJV) Also thou shalt not oppress a stranger: for ye know the heart of a stranger, seeing ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

(Lev 19:34 KJV) But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

(Lev 25:35 KJV) And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.

(Deu 1:16 KJV) And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him.

(Deu 10:18 KJV) He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.

(Deu 10:19 KJV) Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

To fulfill your request, I looked for proof of the good that they have done & then post the good news here. Sadly, I found none.

Someone; please provide the proof I could not find :)-

You can post “Arab violence” if you choose. We can go around and around until the earth freezes over if you like; but just remember two wrongs do not make a right. Revenge is not a gift from God & nor is the word. Please put away these man made imaginings and walla; these manifestations will vanish overnight & peace will prevail. :)-

They produced Jesus.

There was a timing. God had to get the descendants of Jesus (Joseph and Mary) out of the slavery perhaps slaughter of the Egyptians.

Pharaoh had many chances to let them go.
He was warned all along so the responsibly is in his hands not Gods.
The blood of the lamb saved the first born of those who had faith (ring any bells?)

If you look to the teachings of Jesus you might find passages against anger, revenge, insults and murder:

Matt. 26:52 (WEB) Then Jesus said to him, "Put your sword back into its place, for all those who take the sword will die by the sword.

Matt. 5:21 (WEB) "You have heard that it was said to the ancient ones, 'You shall not murder;' and 'Whoever shall murder shall be in danger of the judgment.' 22 But I tell you, that everyone who is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment; and whoever shall say to his brother, 'Raca!' shall be in danger of the council; and whoever shall say, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of the fire of Gehenna.

Matt 5:38 (WEB) "You have heard that it was said, 'An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.' 39 But I tell you, don't resist him who is evil; but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also. 40 If anyone sues you to take away your coat, let him have your cloak also. 41 Whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two. 42 Give to him who asks you, and don't turn away him who desires to borrow from you. 43 "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy.' 44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Don't even the tax collectors do the same? 47 If you only greet your friends, what more do you do than others? Don't even the tax collectors do the same? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

Returning to the original question:

The Passover.Exodus Ch.12 As I see this God is being accused of murdering innocent Egyptian children.
I do not believe that God did this. Can we discuss?

I saw many replies, but the best one in my opinion is:

You could ask the same about the children in Noah's day, or in Sodom and Gomorrah, or those who were executed by Herod in an effort to kill Jesus Christ.

Actually, God decides that many babies and children die every day. Many die because of wars, many because of deseases, many because of famine, some in car accidents. Why God allows this? This is a never-ending question.

And what about cancer? Do you think it is nice to die through long suffering that is similar to turture?

The keys in my opinion are mainly these: (1) that the life of a human being is made of two sections, before and after death, and only the total is meaningful; (2) that death entered the world because of a human sin; (3) that we apply to God the rules of a human being (human beings have been commanded not to kill - this commandment was not given to lions, snakes and not to God himself). God is just and loves us, but also he decided that we must die and for each one of us decides when the time of death will come

“They” also told the Roman’s to crucify Jesus.

Who are "they"? The Jewish authorities (puppets of Rome at that time)? Or are you one of those people that blame ALL Jews?

I never said 2 wrongs make a right. However, your examples are VERY one-sided

I mean, as if it would work within a strict Theocracy? lol.
We may be thinking of different things. Not the apologetics I heard, nor the same level of alarm.
You're talking about rape victims marrying their rapists?
