Philosophy pertains to the meaning of each.

Science is far from objective, and can't be isolated to what the senses can detect. Theology includes information that the senses can detect. Some philosophy can provide a framework for better understanding theology, but it doesn't provide the meaning of it.

You want me to prove that a population of organisms will respond to changes in their physical characterics due to changes in the frequency of certain genes in response to environmental pressures? Because that's all that evolution is.

I don't even get the impression you've actually read the narrative in the scriptures, let alone any other pre-biblical literature from Mesopotamia, so why would I take your question seriously ?

In the Bible's narrative, it rained for 40 days and nights, but the flood itself lasted for about a year

And why does this missing muscle have to be a remnant from our ancestors? Why can't it just be a muscle some have and some don't? I'll tell you why, because it is the opinion of some it is a left over, and now presented as fact in the video. Somehow the opinion became truth/fact.

How do some of these things become fact, because we assume ther is so much other evidence out there that we can assume this, for instance must be a fact, when in many cases, the other evidence is just as shaky as this.

That would be the evolution of evolution or a non fact turned to fact, or a lie, whether they realize it or not.
