Show me anywhere that those 200,000 books contradict or falsify the Bible in anyway. I maintain that God gives us Science and God gives us the Bible and God does not contradict Himself. In fact all 200,000 of the books shows that those 31 sentences are 100% accurate and true (along with all of the Bible).

You have to know where to dig. They have been digging up evidence for the Bible for hundreds of years. There are lots and lots and lots of artifacts to show that the Bible is 100% accurate and true. Just as an aside I shouldn't think they contradict Alice in Wonderland or Huckleberry Finn either, all you need do is say "that's not what the book is saying", where it says "In the beginning" it doesn't really mean "In the beginning" it means 'at the start' or 'when things began' or even 'before there was anything', perhaps even 'when God was on his own' or 'when God woke up', or better yet when someone suggests what it means you say the opposite and then you will both be right.
It all depends on how you read it and what you want it to say, it's the same with all unfounded stories based on myth.

The Bible is of "no private interpretation", "No prophecy was ever brought about through human initiative, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." 2 Pet 2:1 This is why we have a Bible Canon and why we have a statement of faith. Even this web site has a statement of faith and it is against the rules to argue against their statement of faith except in designated forums. Christians have a lot of agreement among themselves.

Moses had LOTS of creation stories available to him in his day. The Bible is Inspired by God and we know that the Bible is without error. Writing and even written language and law goes back 1,000 years before Moses.

So do you agree with this?

• Scripture teaches a recent origin for man and the whole creation, spanning approximately 4,000 years from creation to Christ.

• The days in Genesis do not correspond to geologic ages, but are six [6] consecutive twenty-four [24] hour days of creation.

• The Noachian Flood was a significant geological event and much (but not all) fossiliferous sediment originated at that time.
