Any "rational human being" would realize we won't "get It [completely] right" until after Jesus comes back.

Until then, "reinterpretations" will occur.

There is one passage I love to use though, that shows that "reinterpretations" really don't mean a thing to unbelievers.

Genesis 1:1a In the beginning God ...

Virtually 100% of believers believe this, yet others prefer to remain in their states of unbelief, whilst railing against multiple interpretations of other passages.

Don't complain about differences, if you're not going to respect the similarities.
Lol! Ad hoc theology for two thousand years and counting.

Science is based on shifting sand, its always moving and shifting. It states one thing today, but don't worry it will change tomorrow.

This is a strength, not a weakness. Science changes when new evidence provides a better explanation. It gives us a better understanding of our world. Would you be berating science if someone comes up with a theory for quantum gravity and dark energy if it meant we had to revise something in Einstein's theory? The rest of us will be celebrating it.

I assume you utilize physicians for medical care?

If you were in serious need of medical intervention, would you want the physicians caring for you to rely on medical scientific knowledge from the 1930's, or would you want them to rely on the latest medical scientific knowledge to treat you?

If he told me he wasn't going to treat me unless I believe in evolution, I would tell him to take a hike.

If I ever encountered a doctor who rejected the theory of evolution, I would seriously question his qualifications and competence.

Don't worry.

They like to keep their jobs.

They probably also like to understand, the medical science they are using that is based off of the theory and works, has merits.
Yes ... employment is a merit, isn't it?

2 Thessalonians 3:10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.

Darwin rules nothing. In fact he would hardly recognize anything of his own theory today but I am certain that he would be gratified at the progress made.

Understanding the science behind how you treat patients comes in handy.

How about science-defended murder?
How about your God sanctioned murder?
1 Samuel 15:3
Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy all that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.

Is this the God of love Christians keep talking about or is this the Devil giving instructions? It's hard to tell.

Only because your biases blur the line.
