I was addressing the same subject we were talking about.

You were avoiding the topic.

Don't you have a mind to think for yourself? If not, then you'll just accept whatever a judge on the Supreme Court says (or president, or congressman, or any other politician for that matter).

I accept the judgments of the Supreme Court as carrying the power of the Constitution because those are the rules I have agreed to as a US citizen.

You are just ignoring the law which states that a noise complaint is probable cause for entering a house without a warrant.

And you're ignoring the fact that laws are supposed to fall in line with the Constitution, which is the guideline for any laws in this country. You also seem to be just fine with the idea of cops defying that same Constitution. I guess some people care about peoples' rights, while others care more about government rights. To each their own.

Did you come here from another country?

And you're ignoring that you aren't the courts, which determine such things as given power to do so by the US Constitution.

Fine. As a free citizen of the free country called the United States of America, I will bow down and submit to whatever the government wants to do and will not question anything. I am to be powerless while the government is all powerful. Hail Obama!

I was born here, and I remain here of my own choosing.

The reason I asked is because you said, "those are the rules I have agreed to as a US citizen." As a citizen who was born here, you didn't agree to anything. You were born into it.

Before you are 18, you can't agree to anything. As an adult, you can choose to repudiate your US citizenship and move to another country. I have chosen to stay here.

What I won't do is determine what is or isn't constitutional based on the say so of a random person on an internet forum.

I often find that conservatives are the ones least likely to respect the US Constitution. You are only confirming the conclusion.

Your own posts are proof. Look at how you refuse to accept the courts findings as to what is and isn't constitutional.

Is your morality based solely on court findings?

In fairness, I don't see why that would serve as probable cause to enter a house. It would justify the cops knocking on your door and telling you to quiet things down, but there is no reason why entering the house is needed.

No, it isn't. You were making claims about constitutionality, not morality. Do you think the US Constitution is immoral?

Just the opposite. The Constitution is the bedrock for the laws of this country and need to be adhered to. But as long as you and so many liberal others look for ways of getting around the constitution, then the constitution doesn't have much farther to be degraded before it becomes meaningless.

How are they getting around the Constitution?

If you have to ask that, then you have clearly forgotten the entire discussion we've been having already.
