At this point I am not sure what you mean by "designed" in the manner you are using it, in the absence of criteria, or negative examples. The word has lost any meaning.

Why does water flow downhill? Design. Why do trees fall down when you cut their trunk? Design. Why do satellites stay in orbit? Design. It doesn't tell us anything about why these things happen other than making another unfalsifiable claim.

That's the thing, civil, we do understand it, which is why we are asking you to show us how you reasoned to your conclusions regarding gravity being designed, for example.
