To me, I think the decision of whether something is wrong or right to watch is more about how it makes you feel than it is the content. If you are having second-thoughts or feel guilty after watching a certain show, you have to ask yourself why you feel guilty and decide whether or not that show is really worth watching.

I'm also going to add that the violence, sex, nudity, incest, torture, etc. aren't at all for the purposes of shock value or draw in viewership (after all, this was a book series first that actually contained more of it), but what actually one of the things that makes the show great. In a feudal society like Westeros, those things would actually be very common and normal. It's a very realistic interpretation of a society that is not as civilized as we are today. In fact, Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire is based on an actual historical war, the War of the Roses, just with things added it to make it fantasy.
