Frankly, most people don't bother to even ask about religion, and of those who do the most common responses aren't particularly terrible. Worst I experience on a regular basis are weak attempts at conversion.

However, when people do get nasty, they go all the way.

It's consol, actually, who you are referring to. He is the most stubborn antitheist on this site. He gets blocked very frequently so he'll take a break for a couple weeks or a month, and return with a new account. I wonder how long until he is blocked this time.

We all can tell it is him because he never alters the sort of content his posts have. And because only consol doesn't ask "who is consol?" When people start to get suspicious. Anyone who just happens to have somewhat similar views that isn't him will immediately comment on being thought to be someone else.

He and I don't see eye to eye. He is one of the few posters on here who I don't make efforts to be particularly civil to, although of course I don't flame as per the rules of this site.

I think seeker is a perfectly valid theological state to be in. What exactly is sought has a lot of variation.

ideas and rituals. The bible is direct from God so is not designed by
man. It is a personal relationship with Jesus/God. It does not require
rituals nor does it worship idols.

There is a difference between world religions and Christianity. If you want
to call Christianity a religion, that is fine but we don't associate ourselves
as a religion.

Doubt it. Most scam artists are usually smart enough not to set themselves up to fail so easily. You don't give people a date if you're trying to fool them, especially a date that you and they'll both likely live to see.

What would be the plan? "Ah! I will tell people the end times will come on a specific day based off some vague numerology, and then, when the day passes and I look like a complete idiot, I will reap the rewards! No one will ever take anything I say seriously again. My plan is fool proof!"

Mr.Camping got richer by giving people a madeup date. Foolish people spent their entire bank accounts because they thought the date was real. Millions gave up all their savings to Mr.Camping's church.

What part did you not understand? No man knows the exact date. God told us that it would be near end times when we see the great falling away, setting up the world stage for antichrist, perilous times......all happening right now.

My guess is the antichrist is coming in the next 2 decades just by observing what is going on in the world...again...it is just my opinion and not biblical (no man knows the day or hour).
