I think once you guys can answer that question clearly, you can get off the fault/deserved argument.

If you are talking legalities, it depends on whether your opponent went beyond what was necessary in self defense. If you were rendered unconscious, for instance, your adversary is not legally allowed to continue to strike you.

If you sued your adversary in court because she did physical harm to you after were incapacitated, some weight would be given as to your role in getting injured. If the jury decided you were 50% at fault, the award would be reduced by 50%.

Wrong. We did all that. Then we toppled the regime(s) that were oppressing them. Then we proceeded with the "fix" part of our "bomb and fix" status quo. That's the part where we normally mess everything up.
