At least for me, the thing that is being overlooked in this whole discussion is the issue of discernment.
It’s not like this is the first time some of the people on this thread have made bold predictions only to see them fizzle (I have a record of them). And in every instance, instead of taking a step back and reevaluating their method of discernment, they reappear months later to proclaim yet another bold, new prediction based on the same kinds of dates and numerical coincidences and divine insight that led them astray before.
So the question is, how many times do these posters have to be wrong before they realize that they may actually be the ones who aren’t “seeing” clearly, and that those of us who voice disagreement are showing a better level of discernment than they are? How many failed predictions or prophecies will it take before you realize that the “signs” you think God is showing aren’t coming from him?
It’s utterly maddening when some of you act as if the signs you’re “seeing” are divinely appointed, accuse us of blindness, but when your predictions don’t occur you get to shrug your shoulders and say “oh well, I just love God SO much, thank you Jesus…better luck next time” - only to have the cycle repeat again.
If God were the one pointing out the March 22 date to you, then the things you were “seeing” would have happened. But they didn’t, so it wasn’t. Therefore, the next time you guys want to hawk some new “sign” that can’t POSSIBLY be a coincidence, don’t bother telling us that we are “blind” or that we need to “wake up”; you don’t have the right to make those kinds of accusations until something you “see” actually comes to pass.
