All of you who are disappointed by the statist takeover of the US of A, don't leave the country!!!! I know many of you want to go to Canada, or to Australia, where the president is a man of God. But why pay all that air fare travel, when you can sign a petition to create your OWN red-state nation!

Americans in 15 states issue White House petitions asking permission to secede
If at first you dont succeed, just secede!
More than 8,000 Louisiana residents have signed an online petition to the Obama administration to allow the state of Louisana to, withdraw peacefully from the United States of America and create its own new government.
The petition, posted to the online White House petitions page, cites the Declaration of Independence stating that it is the right of the people to form a new government when the current one is not respecting the, consent of the governed.
Michael E from Slidell, LA created the petition on Nov. 7, the day after President Barack Obama was re-elected to office. Now, just four days later, he has 3,029 signatures of support from fellow Louisianans and other supporters from surrounding states.
Residents of Texas joined suit on Friday and created their own petition which currently has more than 5,000 signatures.
The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal governments neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending, the petition reads. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect its citizens standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.
Since then 13 other states, including New York, Kentucky, Colorado and New Jersey, have also filed similar petitions.
While these petitions serve more to make a point than to present a serious proposition, they are a physical symbol of the deep resentment for the direction in which the United States is moving under the Obama administration.
