False concept. Strawman question (Even if unintentionally)
Well, what is the purpose of this life if not to wait for gods judgement and life everlasting?

False concept. Strawman question (Even if unintentionally)
We can cut to the chase:
That's not what happened. Again, you won't see what DID happen until you recognize, what stage was Elisha's ministry in? You need to look deeper
Typically when you see references to "gods" it is man made gods or rulers or kings, idols, principalities, powers, etc... like pharaoh was as he proclaimed himself a god.
As for only one ruler in the afterlife I agree many religions say this too. It comes down to choice based upon what you can accept as evidence, and in Christianity it requires going a little beyond the evidence into faith.
You're forgetting there is a devil who is called the god of this world. This is something many Christians, and nearly all atheists, seem to forget. He's not the little dude with a pitchfork and a spikey tail either. Revelation describes him as a powerful dragon with great power and might, and anger too... for he knows his time is short.
No need to do a search, God's justice allows for someone to step up and take your punishment on your behalf but you have to agree that he is your advocate and that requires you to put your faith in him to save you. If you agree then God punishes himself for your sins and that punishment takes place in a dimension that allows it to happen on the cross 2000 years ago just as if he was punished when you are found guilty in God's court.
BTW... Jesus is not a whipping boy. He is not assigned to take punishment of people that do not treat him as their Lord and savior and God, one must essentially ask (beg) him to do so in faith otherwise he will refuse.

So the devil is a god?
In a manner of speaking, yes.
Some Christians even say the gods of "false" religions are actually devils, or "demons" so in a sense gods are devils, if you look at it that way.
But not your God, I assume?
When man sinned, the devil was given authority to rule this world that rightfully belonged to man. Christ won that back by defeating the devil on the cross and in hell. This is the message of the Gospel.
What evidence do you want? I see no use in wasting my time proving a false god exists or not to an atheist that refuses to believe God exists in the first place. What evidence is there?
If the devil is already defeated why do we need Armageddon?
An obvious question.... the answer is no.But if someone takes my punishment am i being punished?
Typically in that at times Satan (the god of this world) sometimes is behind some of these gods but other times they are just fictional gods of no power or consequence people that worship nature etc or exalt people as god.Typically? so not every time?

Wouldn't that mean we were saved from God then?Salvation is escaping punishment that God demands for sin.

The bible says it did happen, what minstry would be worth that?
The devil is bound and we are living in the millenium of Revelation 20 if you must know.
