I'm okay with the top two results and the 3rd I'm sure I would find interesting...

I'd be willing to worship in any church that welcomes me. I like inclusiveness rather than exclusiveness. I usually attend "non-denominational" churches and Methodist churches.

I got Assembly of God high in the ranks but I thought it was almost the same as Pentacostal. Is that totally wrong? Can somebody set me straight? Does anyone know the differences/similarities?

Well the quiz only lists UPC - united pentecostal, affectionately known as God's 'Under Privileged Children.' There are LOTS of different flavors of Pentecostal, just as there are different flavors of AoG, but UPC tends to be more strict with man-made rules. I would say even within different services of the same Church, there would be HUGE variety. Some "Holy rollers" in both, and some very subdued congregations in both as well.

The common ground in teaching is they believe the power of Pentecost has not gone away with the death of the first Apostles. (Which I happen to strongly concur with ;) and so does EO)

Nothing too surprising about mine except for numbers 5 &6. How Mormonism and the ICOC came in higher than Anglican or Methodist I have no idea.

I align myself with the beliefs and practices of most Calvary Chapels. Too bad they were not an option - even though they say they are not a denomination but instead an Evangelical association of autonomous Christian churches that hold to the "Calvary distinctives".:D

I would say that Assemblies of God is close but they are more charismatic.

Yep. A/G is Pentecostal. Go here to read about their beliefs, statements, and position papers: Index of AG Position Papers

However, UPC (while Pentecostal) isn't Christian. They deny the Trinity- and that's a major deal-breaker.

Not surprising. I was raised and still lean to the CoC. I attend an independent Baptist church now. :) I've grown quite conservative as I've grown up. :)

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica]Well, I'm Lutheran Church Canada; in fellowship with LCMS, so that's about as right as it gets. I guess that it's the "sola Scriptura" thing that brought the CoC, Methodist and AoG up so high; not sure about the rest; I would have thought the RCC and EO would have been higher up.

Oh well, it is a man made quiz.;)

Were you ever a Mormon or perhaps share some of their beliefs

Nope I was never a Mormon, and I answered all the questions in accordance with the teachings of the Church, but some of the questions were kind of badly worded and I didn't know exactly how to answer.

Some of these results floored me! And I thought I was sooo far removed from a lot of them - no wonder I consider myself non denominational.

5) Church of Christ
6) Free Will Baptist
7) Presbyterian Church USA

and the last 4 to which I had no bars at all so I guess no answer matches to, were:
EO, LDS, RCC and JW

I am not in nor have even been to any of those churches.

That's weird. I've always thought of you as a Church of Christ kind of person. (don't ask me why I just did).

I've been to one a few times with a girl I dated in high school. I liked the singing since it was traditional hymns and not the stuff you usually hear in your typical Evangelical church. But the CoC can be the most anti-Catholic crowd depending on the congregation, I genuflected before going into the pew (force of habit I even did in a theatre once) and I got nasty looks for the whole service.
