CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I was awake most of last night and am dragging big time this morning. 
I was awake part of the time b/c baby girl was wide awake at 2AM. 
I was awake/restless the rest of the time b/c I was busy praying over/trying to figure out transportation and nanny work hour issues that are surfacing due to hubby landing a FT job. A good problem to have to mull over, but problematic all the same. lol

He has been out of work for 14 months now due to injury/surgery and now physical therapy starts. I'm praying he isn't jumping the gun a bit and won't overdo it. But, it's been killing him that he hasn't been able to work. I won't lie - my squeaking budget will sigh a big fat sigh of relief once he starts bringing in regular pay.

I guess I should have said that I'm old, but new. It's been so long since I posted that I couldn't remember which e-mail address I was using back then. Once I figured that out, I had to try to remember the password to it. I thought of explaining all of that in my post, but there are so many new faces and so few old faces (or possibly some username changes?), that I figured I was basically new again anyway. Now I have to figure out how to have the new account deleted.

I'm sure that at 10 past midnight I should be slightly more tired than I am!!!!! But no, I can't get to sleep-again!!! Should of come up at 9pm when I actually was tired!

I am not much of a sleeper, can get annoying that "you can't sleep"..lol. I keep variety puzzle magazines, you know the "brain" type puzzles on my end table. I will do some logic puzzles or something like that and sometimes that helps make my brain tired enough to stop racing long enough for me to get to sleep.
