I don't think you are avle to follow the words of Moses as recorded in the Pentateuch in this matter.
If only your view of those matters were the only one available to you I'd have to agree, but there are other avenues of understanding LAW and FOLLOWING LAW other than following fleshly observances. Paul opened up quite a large avenue in this matter in Romans 13 wherein he intimately and inextricably LINKED that same LAW with LOVE.
When we love our neighbors as ourselves we ARE following the entirety of THE LAW of the SPIRIT and THE LAW of the Old Testament.
This is a problem in disbelieving the trinity. The words of the Pentateuch clearly show that none of the words recorded therein are from Jesus Christ.
The Law was and remains Gods Word. Jesus IS The Word. There is no logical way to avoid this fact without SEPARATING God from Jesus, which same cannot be done under any credible approach.
