This thread is for honest questions about evolution.

The simplest definition for evolution I can think of:

Theory of Evolution: allele frequency change over generational time that can result in physical changes in structure and/or changes in behavior that leads to speciation.

The Big Bang Theory and abiogenesis are not covered by evolution.

So creationists, this is your chance to ask a serious question. Even if it is a PRATT I will still attempt to answer it to the best of my ability. As long as you will attempt to learn from what I tell you, I will answer honestly. Again, this is for creationists who want to actually learn something. Any lurkers should feel free to ask as well...

So creationists, this is your chance to ask a serious question.
Can you name --- by name --- three persons alive today who are not mutants?

From the experiments I have seen every human is born with mutations, so we are all mutants (including you). The substitution rate (changing one letter to another) is 125 to 175 per person per generation. The rate of DNA insertion and deletion is a bit more erratic and not easily estimated, but I think it is safe to say that everyone has 2-3 small indels at the very least.

Cool --- now how about answering my question as I wrote it, and not confusing yourself by changing the wording?

There are no persons who are not mutants. So no, I, nor anybody, cannot name three who are not.

So... do you distinguish between persons and humans?
All humans are persons, but not all persons are humans.

I find it interesting that those who embrace evolution, and think they're qualified to take on a literal creationist, would make this rookie mistake.

This is a testimony to the blinding power of evolution; evolutionists cannot think like a literal creationist --- sooner or later, they'll make a mistake.

I can --- and I can back it up in Writing.

You're beginning to approach being neurotic.

Then give us an example of a person who is not human.
I asked you first.

And I'm not asking for an example --- I'm asking for three specific names.

And he said he doesn't have any.

So who is a person that's not a human? I'm guessing Jesus / angels, right?
Guessing?

You have to guess?

And "Jesus" wouldn't qualify as a correct answer --- can you tell me why, while you're giving me the names I'm looking for?
