CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

He also believes in the Theory of Gravity, Theory of Biological Evolution, the Atomic Theory, and the Germ Theory of Disease.

I didn't say any of that, but global warming is a complete sham, lol. We're talking about a dude who wanted to make Al Gore the head Czar on global warming, lol. I just cannot take mr.obama seriously, sorry.

Yeah, your right, he should probably listen to you or maybe some conservative political blogger about climate science. Obviously he should ignore the National Academies of Science, the National Science Board, the American Geophysical Union etc, because clearly you know more about the climate science than all these folks with PhDs that have studied it for decades.

Oh he can't help it, Chris. You see, science and facts and logic all have a well-known Liberal bias. He's totally a victim of all of that craziness with the being rational, the collecting of evidence, the formulating of hypotheses, the collection of data, the drafting of provisional conclusions, the testing of those conclusions...and on and on and on.
