is it me or are the rules starting to look just like the old rules. everytime i look the list gets longer and longer and more more complicated. So much for simplyfying. Why does there need to be a rule for every little thing? its annoying.

Just wait, it's only been a day. It'll be looking like the US Tax code by the end of the week .

They are changing minute by minute and there have also been some rollbacks.

i have real church in life. the bible says u must tithe to a cyber church? why u people add to the bible? but a christian forum is a cyber church. church is nothing else but where christians gether. we gether here cyberly, so it's a cyber church.

I agree that it is very, very important. Minstering to each other is just as important as the lost souls out there. However, why are we just worried about non-Christians giving bad advice? It was not atheists that hurt me, but other Christians. It was other Christians that drove me away, and personally, I think that baby Christians will be far more likely to be hurt by US than THEM.

I'm not talking about good or bad advice. When it comes to standard advice, people are people. When a Christian wants *Christian* advice that's rooted in scriptures, they are entitled to receive that without worrying someone without faith, who believes us all to be delusional, will compound their struggle by telling them that.

All Christians have been hurt terribly badly by other Christians. It's why the church today is in the state it is. But that has no bearing on keeping a few forums spiritually insular.

There was once a guy who came on here and got saved shortly thereafter. I PM'd him and told him "Run, do not walk out of here!" I told him to come back when he was well studied and more mature in the faith. That was not because of atheists on this board.

I don't see the relevance, to be honest. Not one of us has any right to tell people to come back when they are more studied. Not unless they wish to get involved in the more intellectual aspects of faith. Not everyone does.

If this forum is only used by people who are theologically well versed, it will soon become untenable. At the moment, it wears the badge of "Biggest Christian forum on teh interwebs". As such, Christians of all levels of faith will join. The forum's name is a misnomer, and vulnerable Christians *will* join in need of help, prayer or advice from fellow Christians. They are absolutely entitled to do that.

I won't be linking to the wiki as yet until the rules are bit more stable - it's likely the wiki would be "protected" once that stage is reached. Nevertheless, ongoing discussion can still occur.

A simple rule in the majority of the formerly CO subforums, such as 'keep the apologetics discussions out of here' would take care of that.

God allowed Erwin to declare CF democracy because this will basically swamps each of us Christians among non-believers. Through Divine Providence, we have democracy in order to share spiritual revival that only the Holy Spirit can provide. Democracy provides possibilities and opportunities without any restrictions to share the Gospel.

Spiritual pedophiles? Now, THAT is some good wordsmything. However, it was not the Nicene Creed that kept them out of here. It was God. Do you not believe that our Lord will protect those young lambs with or without the Nicene Creed? Perhaps, we shouldn't rely on the Nicene Creed as much as we should rely on older, mature Christians to watch over the new ones.

I thought it was self-explanatory and an excellent illustration of those who would rape and defile a young believer. They rape and defile by bringing in strange beliefs and swaying them away from Christ into an impure and inperfect relationship with Him.
