It is time once again to make my annual predictions as I have done since 1992.
Unlike Jean Dixon’s, et al, mine are based on prophecies of Jesus and all come true
– though sometimes, I will admit, I am ahead of God’s timetable by a year or two.
We are the generation that lives in very exciting times and also very perilous times to behold
– six of the seven last plagues have been poured out and the seventh is about to unfold!

1. Cases of unsightly and often deadly skin cancer will increase again,
among those who worship the image of sun-bleached hair and suntanned skin (Rev. 16:1-2)

2. Red hued tides will appear in every sea and gulf,
and cause billions of fish to bite the dust (Rev. 16:3)

3. Algae and pollution will appear in rivers and lakes,
making the earth’s water unsafe to drink (Rev. 16:4-7)

4. It will again be a very hot year,
Adding high seas and heat strokes to things to fear (Rev. 16:8-9)

5. Men will gnaw their tongues and blaspheme God Almighty
because of strange pains and sores in their body (Rev. 16:10-11)

6. The battle of Ar Mageddon is now underway where the Euphrates went dry – in Iraq --
and will escalate as Israel comes under attack (Rev. 16:12-21)

May God’s Kingdom come, and His will be done, on Earth as it is in heaven. (From the Lord’s prayer, Luke 11:2)
Amen!

I seriously doubt that unless they are as vague and useless as many others.

We are the generation that lives in very exciting times and also very perilous times to behold

*yawn*

Prognosticators were saying this to people 500 years ago.

1. Cases of unsightly and often deadly skin cancer will increase again,
among those who worship the image of sun-bleached hair and suntanned skin (Rev. 16:1-2)

Gosh - skin cancer in warm climates and the population is increasing in those areas as well as more prompt diagnosis.

Don't tell me something we all knew already. This isn't prophecy.

2. Red hued tides will appear in every sea and gulf,
and cause billions of fish to bite the dust (Rev. 16:3)

Gosh darn - red algae blooms. Wow - never heard of these before. Again - this isn't prophecy since they occur all the time.

3. Algae and pollution will appear in rivers and lakes,
making the earth’s water unsafe to drink (Rev. 16:4-7)

Another *yawn*

4. It will again be a very hot year,
Adding high seas and heat strokes to things to fear (Rev. 16:8-9)

It is somewhere every year. Plus add in the general trend the last decade or two and again - this is NOT prophecy.

5. Men will gnaw their tongues and blaspheme God Almighty
because of strange pains and sores in their body (Rev. 16:10-11)

Gosh - blasphemy. Never heard that before.

Do you know what prohecy means?

Amen!

How vague. Well since there is always conflict in that area is this prophecy or watching CNN.

More false prophecy nonsense. heck - this isn't even prophecy.

2006 in Bible Prophecy

will continue to be waged on evil cities to the river’s east (16:12-16) and they will all fall in a plague of great hail (16:17-21)

May God’s Kingdom come, and His will be done, on Earth as it is in heaven.(From the Lord’s prayer, Luke 11:2)

Ok, same exact "skin cancer, red tides, algae/pollution, hot year, gnawing tongues/blasphemy, battle of Ar Mageddon" predictions that you've given in the past, with slight alterations within each catagory.

In Christ,

Here is your "prophecies" from last year.

Almost word for word as this years. By the way, did any of these happen this year?

It now that time of the year when I look at the accuracy of my annual predictions of the previous year. So here is my look back at my predictions of 2006.

1. Skin cancer increase:
Cases of unsightly and often deadly skin cancer will increase again,
among those who worship the image of sun-bleached hair and suntanned skin
(Last plague #1/Rev. 16:1-2)

World-wide statistics for this and other predictions are not yet in. But expert national predictions on new cases of skin cancer are now available from US sources. Skin cancer can be divided into often fatal Melanoma and usually non-fatal basal and squamous cell cancers.

(From: http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/12/18/laura.bush.cancer.ap/index.html):

More than 1 million cases of basal and squamous cell skin cancers are expected to be diagnosed this year, according to the American Cancer Society.

(From: https://www.worldskincancerfoundation.com/faq.aspx):

There will be approximately 112,000 new cases of melanoma, the majority of which will be invasive. This represents a 9% increase in new cases compared to 2005. From 1950 to 2001 the incidence of melanoma has increased almost 700% and the death rate has increased 165%. New cases of Melanoma are also reported to be rising in Germany and other nations (see http://www.hvbg.de/e/pages/presse/preme/sonne.html).

For more on skin cancer see http://www.geocities.com/bmidyet/aRev16a.htm

Conclusion for prediction # 1: Fulfilled

2. Red tides:
Red hued tides will appear in every sea and gulf,
and cause billions of fish to bite the dust
(Last plague # 2/ Rev. 16:3)

The red tides, John says, are the color of a dead-man‘s blood which accurately describes most of the harmful algal blooms (or HABs) plaguing the world’s seacoasts. If nothing is done about HABs, scientists say, there will be no seafood on our plates by 2048 except from carefully controlled fish farms. Some seas, like the Black Sea, are already 90 % dead. The Gulf of Mexico also has dead spots. See http://www.redorbit.com/news/scienc...n_impacts_of_habs/index.html?source=r_science

For more on red tides, see http://www.geocities.com/bmidyet/aRev16b.htm

Conclusion for prediction # 2: I am sometimes a year or two ahead of myself, but this one is being Fulfilled

3. Unsafe drinking water
Algae and pollution will appear in rivers and lakes,
making the earth’s water unsafe to drink
(Last plague #3/Rev. 16:4-7)

Increases in the number, frequency and type of HABs have become a critical issue in both near-shore marine waters and freshwater environments around the globe. (see http://www.redorbit.com/news/scienc...n_impacts_of_habs/index.html?source=r_science

One difference is, fresh-water Harmful Algal Blooms are typically not the color of a dead-man's blood, but green (or clear or some other color). Another difference is, green (or fresh-water HABs) tend to affect us mammals as well as fish.

Conclusion for prediction # 3: Like I said, I am sometimes a year or two ahead of myself, but this one about water deadly to men is also being Fulfilled, especially in third-world countries.

A look back at 2006 in Prophecy (Cont’d)

4. Global warming:

It will again be a very hot year,
Adding high seas and heat strokes to things to fear
(Last plague # 4/ Rev. 16:8-9)

Worldwide, 2006 was the 6th hottest year on record, but it was the hottest on record in the US. Looking ahead, 2007 will see both an El Nino and global warming. Combined, they are set to bring extreme conditions across the globe and make 2007 the hottest year on record. See http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/01/09/national/main2342950.shtml

Conclusion for prediction # 4: There can be no doubt that last plague # 4 is fast being fulfilled

5. Strange new diseases:

Men will gnaw their tongues and blaspheme God Almighty
because of strange pains and sores in their body
(Last plague # 5/ Rev. 16:10-11)

There are many strange new diseases and men are increasingly questioning and blaspheming God. Here are some examples of strange new diseases:

From: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2006/11/061116083238.htm
Newly Identified Strains Of Chlamydia Trachomatis Could Produce New Sexually transmitted diseases

New cases of HIV/AIDS, a new disease not known before 1981, have increased, especially in China. See http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15850524/

New cases of antibiotic resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or Staph, have increased. An estimated 2 million Americans annually contract Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus - more commonly known as MRSA or a drug-resistant staph infection - after a hospitalization. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 90,000 people die from these types of infections every year. Today the number of cases is on the rise and is now expanding outside of health care facilities to other places where people play, work or live in locations where the bacteria may thrive such as athletic facilities, military bases and prisons. (See http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dhqp/ar_MRSA_spotlight_2006.html
also see http://www.dailypress.com/news/local/dp-19142sy0jan07,0,1579549.story?track=rss)

Conclusion for prediction # 5: Fulfilled

6. US bombing in east:

The battle of Ar Mageddon --which began when the great Euphrates was dry as a bone, and the towers fell --
will continue to be waged on evil cities to the river’s east
(Last Plague # 6/Rev.16:12-16) and they will all fall in a plague of great hail (Last plague # 7/ Rev. 16:17-21)

IMO, the plague of great hail is bombs, namely US and Israeli bombs. Examples last year include the June 7th bombing of Iraq’s Al Qaeda leader Al Zarqawi, and the air strike on Dec. 19th against the Taliban military chief on the Pakistan/Afghanistan border. See http://today.reuters.com/news/artic...TALIBAN.xml&WTmodLoc=NewsArt-C2-NextArticle-2

It will get worse before it gets better. This year we can add the bombing of terrorists in Somalia to the list.

Conclusion for prediction # 6: Fulfilled

Summary: All of my predictions have again come true, proving we are now in chapter 16 of the Revelation.

I am sometimes a year or two ahead of myself,

Of course you are. And sometimes, I am dozens of years ahead of myself. And sometimes I am hundreds of years ahead of myself. Not "wrong", just "years ahead".

I predict that a Democrat will be elected President of the USA next year. I am sometimes a few years ahead of myself, though, so if a Democrat is elected in this century: Fulfilled.

My point is that the 7 last plagues take years to unfold but we are in the middle of them.
