  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Does God want men to choose easy options ?

What kind of energy does God want people to use so as to feed, clothe, or build themselves a roof where to live underneath ?

Would Jesus today choose to stay a carpenter, only using his own muscles of arms and own neurones of brain ?
Or would he choose easy options with petrol, electricity, etc.., even if polluting ?

Let's remind he resisted temptation (of easy option) to make stone become bread, even if probably not polluting

Jesus likely didn't look either for his disciples' affection through the gift of fossil fuel energy, the breakthrough of an oil deposit. Neither did he teach petrol extraction. If he did, it seems it's was not valuable enough to be written in the Gospel

Do you think, please, i go astray thinking quest for petrol, or any polluting energy, is a wordly quest that bears false testimony as regards christianism ?

Are we spiritual beings or just spiritually minded and/or spiritually filled?

All my life as a Christian, having been brought up predominately in a Baptist church, I was taught that humans are not just physical but also have a spiritual entity that can continue to live beyond our phyisical death. However, recent study of the Bible teaches me that this is untrue.

I believe that we have been interpreting and using the word spirit as if that word means the same thing of given the same classification.

The bible does tell us, and I am sure most will agree that God is spirit. I also believe God exists as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Other created spiritual beings are the angels, both holy and fallen angels, including Lucifer, plus the Beasts mentioned in Revalation.

Now, when it comes to humans, Adam being the first created human, the bible states Gen 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. This verse is plain and simple stating the two ingredients of which humans are made/created. What we are told by bible teachers that this verse is saying we received a 'soul' or 'a spiritual entity' that now never dies. Why do they interpret that the breath of life or spirit of God that makes us alive as being an actual spiritual entity? God clearly states to Adam that due to his disobedience to God, that Adam would, Gen 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. While we are alive, Job 27:3 All the while my breath is in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils;. Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. This clearly says that the spirit of God is the breath of life that sustains us as living human beings, not a separate spiritual being!

The bible does teach us that we (believers) will become spiritual beings in the future as Christ did after he died on the cross as a human being. The Son of God became a sinless human being through the union of the seed of Mary and the Holy Spirit. Jesus lived in complete dependence on the Father, Greek term Kenosis. Philippians 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:. Jesus emptied himself, however not completely cut off from divine knowledge. Jesus still read peoples thoughts and performed miracles, through the will of the Father. John 5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

When we read the whole chapter of 1 Corinthians 15, Paul fully explains the resurrection. Yet most Christians use, misquote and take out of context, 2 Cor 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord., to explain away every other verse and the entire chapter Paul wrote on the resurrection. I would describe 2 Cor 5:8 in this way... Imagine you have a wonderful holiday booked in a month's time, however you are still stuck at your mundane job. You could quite easily think, 'Oh, how I would rather be enjoying that holiday now rather than being here at work!' It will happen, but I still have work to do first. Yes, we would rather be in heaven with Christ, however we still have many 'not yet Christians' to show them who Jesus is, the way, the truth and the life.

! Cor 15:
20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.
21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

1 Cor 15:
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

When did Jesus rise from the dead and become a spiritual being after living on earth? On the first day of the week, the third day after he died on the cross.
When did he return to God the Father? John 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
When do believers become spiritual beings and go to heaven? 1 Cor 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
What does Job say about what happens when we die? Job14:
10 But man dieth, and wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he?
11 As the waters fail from the sea, and the flood decayeth and drieth up:
12 So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep.
13 O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me!
14 If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.

Where is the theif on the cross? According to Job, awaiting until his change comes. 1 Cor 15:
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Please explain how any of these bible verses mean anything different? All die and do not awaken until, first the believers, when Jesus returns at the second coming and then non-believers after satan is released after the 1000 year period.
Rev 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished.

Many try to use other verses to contradict the verses mentioned above. We know the Gods word is all truth. Man chooses to interpret to suit what he believes is the truth. I want people to explain each or any of these verses to mean something else that what they appear to say quite plainly.

The bible only mentions, besides Jesus, three humans that were treated differently before death or at death. Enoch, Elijah and Moses. What is the purpose of the Book of Life? Is it to record the names of the faithful? God told Adam and Eve you shall surely die. Satan alluded to Eve that she wouldn't die. I believe all believers go to heaven at the same time. Not before Christ returns. What do you believe the bible teaches? Not what man teaches; what does the Word of God tell us?

SecDef Hegseth Drafting 600 Military Judges to Clear Backlog of Immigration Cases.

An excellent use of resources!

Midrash "Shoftim" (Judges) "Righteousness through Righteous means" (Deut 16:18-21:9)

Torah (Bible) portion: “Shoftim” (judges) DEUT: 16:18: -21:9

This parashah starts off with; “Judges (shoftim) and officers (shoterim) (We could also call them police) shalt thou make thee at thy gates, which YHVH thy Elohim giveth thee…. they shall judge the people with 'righteous judgment…”

Many people, when they think of the word “judge,” think of the elderly man or woman in a black robe in the courtroom who points a finger and hands down a prison sentence, a sentence that condemns a criminal standing before the judge. While it is true that the word “judge” can mean to issue or decide a sentence that could condemn, in Hebrew, it also means one who “knows, teaches, and decides issues related to the Torah”. A “shofet” was someone like a Torah teacher, but the job not only included making plain the teachings of Adonai through His Torah, but the “shofet” also rendered decisions based on God’s Holy Writ.

Some call them “gatekeepers” the “gatekeepers” keep in sound doctrine, and “do not let in” false teaching, or, have to “expose” false teaching that perhaps has been circulating. “making righteous judgment” is making “correct or decisions which are “right” according to God’s Word. The Word of God and the Torah is for ALL PEOPLE, and for this reason, the Torah says; “thou shalt not respect persons…” meaning that “one should not single out a person because that person is either rich, poor, famous, in politics, etc.… to say, “well, because it is YOU, my friend, I will make an exception to the Torah rule” Elohim says NO!, we are ALL EQUAL, we are ALL SINNERS are deserve righteous judgment, and what applies to the rich man, applies to the poor man as well.

(16:20) “Tzedek, Tzedek tirdof” (Righteousness, Righteousness pursue!) Why does the Torah say “righteousness twice? There are two points of view from the rabbis. One is that one must pursue (run after) righteousness as long as the end result is also righteous. An example is, from the Talmud, a story about an olive grower. The Owner owns many acres of olive trees and produces a large quantity of olive oil, filling numerous urns with it. He then sells each urn for 100 shekels. A servant of the owner is carrying an urn to the storehouse, and he slips and falls, dropping and breaking the urn. The result, the oil is lost. The owner’s son drags the servant to the judge at the city gate, and the judge judges according to the “eye for an eye” judgment.

He renders a “right” judgment, that the servant will have to pay 100 shekels for the lost oil. The son is also in agreement. He will dock the servant's pay for that month, which is also 100 shekels. The servant cries out to the owner and explains the situation. The owner who is kind and merciful calls his son, “My son, you had the right to bring the servant to judgment, and the judgment is just and right according to the Torah…HOWEVER… the end result will be very unfair and unrighteous, the servant’s family will suffer loss and will not be able to buy food for the month….so…we, on the other hand, can afford the loss, while the servant cannot. I will render this judgment, that the servant’s mishap is forgiven, and no wage kept back!” Thus, “righteousness, righteousness we will pursue!”

The other understanding of this verse is that there are two kinds of “righteousness”:, “Righteous faith” and “Righteous works” both we must pursue! We pursue “righteous faith” through prayer and our personal relationship with Yeshua HaMashiach, reading/studying the Torah, and occupy ourselves as well with “righteous mitzvoth” through our obedience and following the commandments. The scripture says that “we are saved (righteous faith) unto good works (righteous works). But we must always remember that “righteous works never lead to righteous salvation, rather it is the other way, “righteous salvation leads us to do works of righteousness.

Chapter 17 deals with offering sacrificial animals with blemishes. Since today, we don’t sacrifice animals, how can we relate to this verse? The animals were “offered up” to Adonai, we “offer up” to YHVH our praises, prayers, and our service in form of our spiritual gifts, may our prayers be “without blemish” (without distraction, wholehearted, and sincere) not just repeating words that are printed in a prayer book, but “understanding” the words in the prayer book, or better yet, your own words from the heart. May we offer up our spiritual gift with a whole heart to the best of our ability.

When we offer objects to the LORD, to ministry, like food, clothing, etc... we should make sure that they are in good shape, and dry goods that can not spoil. We should offer the BEST.

(17:14) talks about “setting a king over thee.” It was not Adonai’s perfect will that Israel would have kings, as He already knew what the outcome would be. You could probably count on one hand the righteous kings of Israel; David, Josiah, Hezekiah, the rest were perverted and evil (perhaps there were a few more). Manasseh corrected his ways towards the end of his life. God instructs every king to make a copy of the Torah and to study the Torah (17:18). If every president of every nation did that, every nation would be at peace, one with the other, and we would not have anti-immigrant laws, racism, etc. We must pray that our president, men, and women in authority govern according to the commandments of the Torah, in accordance to what the Bible teaches.

Chapter 18. The priests and Levites are supported by the people, they get food, (meat, and produce from the field) and skins from the animals that are sacrificed. This was God’s provision for his ministers. Should it be any different today? I would say not! Those who live to teach God’s Word should be maintained by God’s people. Unfortunately, in many countries, some pastors, rabbis, etc. live lives in poverty because the people of their congregation don’t give, yet, some probably do live well. If they teach their people to give, then they will, because they love God’s teaching servants and want the best for them and their families. Some ministers have to work secular jobs in order to survive; this affects their ministry because their time is limited.

(18:9) “When you come unto the land which YHVH gives you…you will NOT… and the Torah mentions the abominations that the pagan peoples do. When we move to go to a new town, city, or even to a different job, we will notice the habits and customs of the people of those new towns, cities, or job sites. Perhaps some of their ways will not be in accordance to what the WORD of God teaches; Cheating on spouses, cheating at work, gossip, (Leshon Hara), dirty jokes, lying to the boss, ill-treatment of others, the list could go on. Will we separate ourselves from them? Or…in order to be accepted and not ridiculed, will we “compromise” our standards? Yet the Torah says, “thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations!” (or job sites, neighborhoods, cities, towns, etc.)

(19:14) “Thou shalt not remove thy neighbor’s landmark which they of old time have set.” I remember when I lived in New York, seeing 4-foot-high stone walls that were in the wooded area behind my house. I was told that way back in colonial days, the owners of that property built those walls to separate their property from the property of others. The stone walls indicated, “behind this wall is my area, beyond the wall is your area”. God has established “landmarks.” His Word is a “boundary,” a “landmark.” When we venture out of God’s Holy Writ, we leave the protection of “His property” and enter into the property of Satan. In this world, there are only two standards of living: God’s standards and Satan’s standards. YHVH has guidelines, it is called “The Torah”; the landmarks are the 66 books of His Torah, outside of that, is the “anything goes” philosophy, “do whatever feels good” way of living.

If we attempt to change a biblical landmark, we are “taking away” from the Word of God, and we are headed for trouble. Dad told Jimmy, “Ten feet away from the wasp nest is the landmark, don’t go beyond it!” but Jimmy went beyond it, he got closer, the wasps didn’t like that, and a wasp flew over and stung little Jimmy on the leg” had Jimmy obeyed the voice of his father, and had respected the landmark, he wouldn’t have gotten stung. (yes, I'm that "Jimmy")

(20:19) teaches us to respect trees. Yes, YHVH is concerned about trees. There are some trees that are used for building, like Oak, pine, willow, etc, yet there are trees that are for fruit and nuts. Many times, when people build homes, they must first clear the field. At times, these fruit trees are cut down. These trees are for food. I have seen in some places that homes are built “around” a certain fruit tree, and the tree grows in the corner of the kitchen, and a place is made in the roof so that the tree can keep growing without hitting obstacles. The family can then enjoy the fruit and honor God’s Word concerning fruit trees. If we remember back in Genesis, the whole food menu consisted only of fruit and nuts from the trees, and from grains and vegetables, and people lived to 900 years. Kind of makes sense to protect “food trees”.

Don't forget the "Bread of Life" and the "Living Water." Yeshua/Jesus is our "Bread and Water," and His WORD will nourish us as we partake of it. He can be our "judge" or our "Savior." He wants to be our "Savior" now, rather than our "judge" later. How do you choose? judgment or salvation?

Have a blessed and godly week.

US military strikes alleged drug boat, Trump says

President Donald Trump announced on his social media platform Tuesday that he ordered U.S. military forces to conduct a strike against an alleged drug boat that he claimed was connected to a South American gang.

The president said the "kinetic strike against positively identified Tren de Aragua Narcoterrorists in the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility."

The attack took place while the boat was "at sea in International waters transporting illegal narcotics, heading to the United States," according to Trump.

Trump also posted a video of the strike on his social media platform.

Reuters:

The U.S. military killed 11 people on Tuesday in a strike on a vessel from Venezuela allegedly carrying illegal narcotics, President Donald Trump said, in the first known operation since his administration's recent deployment of warships to the southern Caribbean.

The decision to blow up a suspected drug vessel passing through the Caribbean, instead of seizing the vessel and apprehending its crew, is highly unusual and evokes memories of the U.S. fight against militant groups like al Qaeda.

Speaking to reporters, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said: "These particular drugs were probably headed to Trinidad or some other country in the Caribbean."

Struggling with parents' anniversary of invalid marriage

Hi, this is not meant to make my parents look bad. However, I feel that as the child of such a marriage, I don't want to have to smother my true feelings about this. They married 53 years ago today.

It's more my mom's fault :(

It was an invalid marriage because she married a non-baptized non-Christian without a dispensation, the priest refused to do the marriage, she married in a Lutheran Church, she did not agree to raise us Catholic, and actively (purposefully) tried to get me to reject the Catholic ideals that the local Catholic school tried to instill in me (she valued the educational aspect of it otherwise). I was only in Catholic school until (and including) third grade. When I was at my late great uncle's home and he started to say grace, she motioned for me to not say it. I'm worried and distressed about this. I did manage to get her anointed about a year and a half before she died and I'm thankful for that, but I don't feel that it guarantees that she was forgiven, because she was mentally incapacitated for years before that and never made a declaration of repentance and desire to return to the faith.

While I remember this day as their anniversary, it pains me that I can't really celebrate it because of the invalidity of the marriage. I hope this isn't airing dirty laundry. I feel like my point of view (in real life) doesn't even cross people's minds.

I feel that the relatives on either side of my family probably do not like me very much because of this marriage. I could be paranoid about that, but it's hard not to be.

Please Pray that there are strong check-and-balance against autocrats who unite together:

It's Dangerous when a bunch of autocrats & dictators gather to meet because they do Not see the value of checks-and-balance which will lead ((Genesis 11:6) them to accomplish all that they purpose to do( i.e., human vanity & human pride ). Therefore, please pray that there are strong check-and-balance against autocrats who unite together:

New York Democratic Rep. Jerry Nadler says he won’t run for reelection in 2026

WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic Rep. Jerry Nadler of New York says he will not run for reelection next year, according to an interview published Monday night by The New York Times.
Nadler told the Times that watching then-President Joe Biden’s truncated reelection campaign last year “really said something about the necessity for generational change in the party, and I think I want to respect that.” He suggested a younger Democratic lawmaker in his seat “can maybe do better, can maybe help us more.”

Tripartite Military Summit

There's going to be a massive display of Chinese military strength on September 3 (tomorrow by my reckoning) in Peking. Trump won't be there but Putin and Kim will be. We've got a couple of Australian observers, including Bob Carr (former NSW Premier) and Dan Andrews (former Victorian premier - also responsible for over long Covid lockdowns in his own state).

Looking at the photograph of Xi, Putin and Kim, I wonder how Xi's health is holding up. There seems to be a shadow across his face (which may be nothing more than the ambient light of course).

But apparently he had a stroke early this year.

Time will tell of course. At least Xi had some empathy with ordinary Americans. Whether his eventual replacement will have the same bond remains to be seen.

The Day of the Lord

This is a powerful sermon by Ivor Meyer regarding the Day of the Lord and why the destruction fell upon Jerusalem, first by Babylon, second by Rome, which is an allegory for the final Day of the Lord, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. I pray more people wake up and obey what God commanded, so we can enter His rest and not follow the example of disobedience from those before us Heb 4:11

Isa 48:18 Oh, that you had heeded My commandments!
Then your peace would have been like a river,
And your righteousness like the waves of the sea.

At least 54 people shot, 7 fatally, during Labor Day weekend in Chicago

Labor Day weekend was marked by gun violence in Chicago, with at least 54 people shot and seven people killed across the city as of Monday night.
Violence prevention groups called for more support from the community as President Donald Trump threatened to deploy the National Guard to address the violence. Despite the president's insistence, Mayor Brandon Johnson has released data showing crime is down year over year.
In one recent incident, a call for a large disturbance near South Cottage Grove Avenue and East 35th Street in Bronzeville ended with at least five people shot early Monday morning. A 17-year-old boy was among the victims, and a person of interest was in custody.

Evangelizing Using the Holy Spirit

For 30 years, 1970-200, I was caught in the dark web of satanic Mormonism. In the year 2000, the Lord Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to knock me to my knees and give unto me the gift of his grace and salvation. I came to know Jesus of Nazareth and through faith in his precious saving blood and his grace I was saved from my sins and told in no uncertain terms that I was to spend the remaining part of my life telling lukewarm Christians about the evil of Mormon (Latter-day Saint) theology and doctrine. I was told that the Holy Spirit would teach me all of the things I should know and deliver unto me the words and commands of the Lord Jesus Christ. For nearly 25 years I have evangelized in the name of the Lord Jesus, and will continue to do so, writing and preaching his one true gospel.

Gods favor

Shalom

Our brother in Christ Norbert is expanding his business and hiring a new, also faithful employee for a new business area.

Can you please pray for him for God's favor and blessing upon his business and the people there, and that the Lord bless his plans in Jesus' name, and that the Lord grants unity to the new team?

"Lord, grant him, as a son of God, the good and fruitful assignments, the "prime pieces" that You have prepared for him, and ensure that the sons of darkness have no place where Your sons should stand.
Send Your angels to guard his business and land the good, lucrative assignments, and help so that the Kingdom of God grows and You are glorified in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen."

Pope Leo XIV meets Fr. James Martin at the Vatican

Pope Leo XIV met in a private audience with Father James Martin, S.J., at the Vatican on Monday.

Martin, who is in Rome to lead a Jubilee pilgrimage for his LGBTQ ministry, Outreach, also had one-on-one audiences with Pope Francis on at least two occasions.

The Vatican does not customarily comment on papal audiences with individuals and the Holy See Press Office did not immediately respond to a request for information about the meeting.

Responding to a request for comment from CNA, Martin wrote: "I was honored and grateful to meet with the Holy Father this morning in an audience in the Apostolic Palace, and heard the same message I heard from Pope Francis on LGBTQ people, which is one of openness and welcome: 'Todos, todos, todos.' I found the Pope serene, joyful and encouraging."

Coordinated global media propaganda campaign accuses Israel of targeting journalists in Gaza

A global media campaign of over 150 outlets from more than 70 countries is targeting Israel over the killing of journalists in the Gaza Strip, coordinated by Reporters Without Borders (RSF), with stories, editorials and opinion pieces being published on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.

While RSF claims that the effort is an attempt to open Gaza to journalists, while focusing attention on Israel’s supposed targeting of journalists, Jewish Onlinerleaked a strategic document from RSF that showed that the campaign engages in several tactics, which appear to be diametrically opposed to journalistic standards, including the use of pre-written scripts, messaging, headline suggestions and even templates for the articles.

The campaign document, titled "Global Media Join Forces in a World-First for Press Freedom in Gaza,” instructs participating outlets to use the unified message: “At the rate journalists are being killed in Gaza by the Israeli army, there will soon be no one left to keep you informed.”

Revelation 12 walk through

I will walk through Revelation 12, explaining the verses. Follow along with your bible reading each verse as I explain the meaning thereof.

Revelation 12:1-5 is a vision John saw of Jesus being born to the woman (Israel) and Satan's attempt to have Jesus killed as soon as he was born. Which historically happened when Herod ordered all the children under the age of 2 be killed.

Verse 5 is Jesus born and caught up to God and to God's throne. Destined to rule the nations with a rod of iron.

Revelation 12:6 jumps to the end times, when Israel, the woman, has returned to the land, but still in unbelief that Jesus is the messiah. And for 1260 days, Israel will be fed the Word of God - by the two witnesses, of Revelation 11:3, those 1260 days.
`
Revelation 12:7-9 after the 1260 days, there will be a war in the second heaven which Satan and his angels will be cast down to earth.

Revelation 12:10 the Jews at that time finally turn to Jesus and the gospel of salvation. Satan will have been accusing them of their unbelief for the 1260 days that the Jews will mistakenly think the Antichrist is their messiah

Revelation 12:11 the Jews will overcome all Satan's accusations by believing upon the blood of the Lamb as atonement for their sins. And the Jews will testify about Jesus and the gospel of salvation. Even though many will be killed for their testimony.

Revelation 12:12 because Satan has been cast down to earth with just a short time left to his power, them in heaven rejoice about his coming demise. But to them on earth, Satan's wrath at being cast down will be the third woe to the inhabiters of earth as said in Revelation 8:13.

Revelation 12:13 Satan will take his wrath out on Israel and begin to persecute Israel.

Revelation 12:14 The Jews in Judea will flee into the mountains when they see the abomination of desolation statue image set up and indwelt by Satan. There in the wilderness, the Jews will be protected for the remaining time/times/half time that Satan will have left.

Revelation 12:15 Satan will make attempts to destroy the Jews in their mountains sanctuary.

Revelation 12:16 But God will supernaturally thwart all attempts by Satan to persecute the Jews who had fled into the mountains.

Revelation 12:17 Satan, not able to get to the Jews in the mountains, will persecute the remaining Jews who did not flee to the mountains right away, as Jesus told them to do in Matthew 24:15-21. Those Jews who Satan will have access to persecute, Jesus will rescue when Jesus returns to Jerusalem in Zechariah 14.

Please cover me in prayer...

For those who can, please cover me in prayer. I am dealing with a Home Health Care Agency Staffing manager/supervisor and a Caregiver who got caught in a lie. The services are for me. The manager said that the Caregiver was available for the time and days agreed upon. The Caregiver didn't show for the first day and was late an hour for the second day. The Caregiver told me that they weren't actually available at the initial time agreed upon. They then went on to say that they could talk to her client to see if they would be willing to change their time. I told her NO. I wasn't comfortable with that. There was no way I was going to agree to them disrupting another client's schedule like they had already disrupted mines. The Caregiver then went on to try and "renegotiate" my schedule. She was speaking to me like she was entitled. I had to tell her this was not a negotiation and shut it down. I then called the agency and spoke to the Staffing Manager who got an attitude and told me that staffing people isn't an exact science and that it was only a "30 minute" difference, when it was an hour. It became crystal clear to me that the Staffing Manager was behind the whole thing. She lied about the hours the Caregiver was available in hopes that I would change my schedule...wasn't going to happen. So I said I would keep the two Caregivers already assigned. One of the Caregiver's I had been working with part time since August. The other Caregiver was supposed to start on the last Thursday in August. I confirmed with her that the Thursday Caregiver was still coming. Minutes later the Staffing Manager called me back to tell me that the Thursday Caregiver had a death in their family and would not be able to start until the following Thursday and that she the Staffing Manager called to tell me this as if such a call wasn't the norm.

I'm tired...I really am. I'm tired of dealing with Home Health Care Agencies that are dishonest and lack being professional. I'm tired of the "crazy making", creating chaos and confusion then trying to make it seem like I'm the problem. I may not know from experience the job of "staffing" but I do know what integrity, honesty, respect, and being a professional look like.

Please pray for me as well as for others who may be having the same experience. Also pleas pray God's wisdom for me because these people were fully exposed and I'm really not sure of their future actions. I don't know if I should stop services now or what just based on what I've experienced thus fare. So please if you can pray.

Health Concerns and New Jobs

Hello.

My 21 year old child and I are both employed, but are needing other jobs because of our low pay.

We both also have health concerns and some disability. However, we are both responsible and good employees. We are trying to make ourselves as healthy as possible and continue seeking treatment for further improvement. This can be tricky to juggle while working jobs.

I'm needing to have a desk job because of mobility problems. My kid can't work in environments that are difficult for respiratory health due to severe asthma and allergies.

Please pray for better jobs for us and better health.
