It may be quite trivial to a lot of people, but recently my car went wrong. With no money to fix it and the prospect of having to have it scrapped...I was so unhappy, but forcing myself not to worry.
A friend of a friend that is a mechanic came and looked at it today, and said that the £1400 problem that we though we had is only a £60 problem and he will fix it this afternoon
I am so happy, yes it's only a car, but the car has great sentimental value to me...it is my first car and my Dad bought it for me just after I passed my driving test four years ago (and the thought of losing it to the scrap dealer was too sad to really think about
). Yes it's old and clattery and it has it's little faults, but I love the ole thing and I've felt lost and sort and trapped without "her"
