They went on toward the country still distant from there, without another stone being seen that way. They wanted to go quickly, to cover as much distance as they could. They might make one very short stop for eating from the rations, mostly of what had been gathered earlier, and drink from the water they still had. Deseradar and most others of the group going that way were amazed that Finarelem and Solima stayed barefoot still and kept up with the fast pace of the others, going quite fast before the moon set.
