Well, this is depressing. My bff has a boyfriend, and I still don't. Don't get me wrong, I am really really happy for her. Just jealous, I guess. I feel left behind in the dating game. It is like everyone around me is moving forward, but I'm not. It is like that message said though. I have to let God's love fill me up before my love is worth giving.
Tonight we had a really interesting Bible study discussion about whether people can "turn away" from God. It is pretty confusing. But my youth pastor brought up a very good point that I wish I had heard before I made my decision. Basically, what he said was "Why do we need to study up on other religions if we don't know enough about our own religion?" That could have been useful in a couple of conversations. I love this Bible study group, and I think it would greatly benefit a friend of mine. Too bad his state is so far away from MT and gas prices are like 3.93/gallon and rising!
Anyway, I have a lot to think about, and an ACT to study for. So off for me. Have a great night!
