Have you considered having a class specifically for men? There are probably others who feel the same way. You could allow women if you chose, but this would allow a place for men to do Zumba without having to feel like they're being looked at askance by the women.
While I don't have a problem with men in my class, I have several participants who wouldn't come if there were men. They just feel awkward and uncomfortable about it, because of the movements and, possibly, because they're dressed down for exercise.
