  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Hi. I haven't been here for quite a while. But I just found out yesterday at my first ob appointment that I'm not having one baby, but two. I think I'm still in shock and too chicken right now because I'm just realizing that my family is doublng from two to four kids. I don't know how I'm going to handle this, but God's will be done.

Thats awesome! I totally understand what you are talking about. With my last pregnancy, It was the first child for my husband and I. My oldest child was 14 y/o at the time, so there was a big gap. Well we found out we were having twins, I was excited but yet was freaking out. I traded in my chevy blazer for a chevy astro van. I loved my blazer. In my case, one of the babies died early on.
Now that I'm pregnant again my vehicle is ready for a bigger family.
You will be fine, God is good. Congratulations!

Oh, I'm so sorry. May I ask how far a long were you? That is a fear of mine especially because the baby during my second pregnancy died.
Thanks everyone, I really am excited, but I also know I have a long road a head of me.

Wow congrats! I had the same fears, I am pretty big for 8 weeks and my doctor and my prenatal dietitan had to look at my chart twice to make sure that I was not far along as they thought. ;)

Though my gram assured me with her boys she was big that quick. I was very relieved to see one baby in the ultrasound. Especially since twins run in my family.
