The accuser of the brethren is Satan. That is what the bible says. The Law does not accuse. It sets standard from which you can be accused when you fall short.
If God has to judge, he must use a standard. God's Law is the standard. But he also gives us his grace so that if we fall short of the standard we will be justified. The man who rejects Grace will be accused and found guilty by the Law.
But as Paul says, just because God's grace picks us up when we fall short of the standard does than mean we should violate the standard. No, but instead we hold up the standard.
"Do not think that I will accuse you before the Father; the one who accuses you is Moses, in whom you have set your hope.
Is Moses Satan? I think not. He wrote the Law of the 12 Tribes of Israel, so he is the accuser of it as well.
But what about after the Mosaic Laws?
Who will accuse those not believing in Jesus, or Moses?
in that they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them,
on the day when, according to my gospel, God will judge the secrets of men through Christ Jesus.
But what of the believer in Christ? Do they have an accuser?
For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first. For it would be better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn away from the holy commandment handed on to them.
Ouch! That speaks volumes. What about judgement? Do Christians go through this as well? Maybe....
"Do not judge so that you will not be judged.
"For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.
"Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned.
