You missed the whole point of what I said.
And I am not going to waste my time giving you an explanation if you are going to have that kind of attitude towards me.
Would Christ direct us not to love?
I agree, though, if the 10 commandments aren't getting in the way of Christ then that is a problem. I am not so sure it is the 10 commandments problem though, I think it is more likely the people.
Christ even said this himself, when he attacked the pharisees but not the commandments.

Christ is love!
No one keeps the ten commandments...do you agree?

That's not the function of the Law. One of its function is to explicitly point out your need of salvation. Then it points you to your saviour. So, without the Law, you know neither. Is the law salvational?
So, God gave you a "mission impossible"? Does that even make sense?
If there were a law that man could obey 'perfectly', Christ need not have come. So, God gave you a "mission impossible"? Does that even make sense?
Don't read into the text what is not there. To do that is to break one of the commandments. God never told us to remember. That commandment was written to a few million Hebrews who had never kept a Sabbath in their lives and needed to be reminded of a new arrangement of time. That's why God gave the command in the 1st place AND told us to "Remember."

The Hebrews had worked without rest during their captivity in Egypt. They were not only delivered from slavery but from then on would have the gift of one day out of every seven to rest, to remind them that they had been delivered. The Sabbath is a sign of deliverance.
For or against in what context? How can you be against what exists unless you have the ability or the authority to get rid of it?I am a little confused, are you arguing for the Sabbath or against it? Thanks.

It's true that Deuteronomy makes mention of the fact that they were delivered from the Pharaoh. However, nowhere in the command does it say that the Sabbath was merely given to them as a sign to remember their deliverance.'Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as the LORD your God commanded you. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates, that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you. And remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God brought you out from there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore the LORD your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day. (Deuteronomy 5:12-15 NKJV)
"Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it." (Exodus 20:8-11 NKJV)
