Xbox - Rainbow Six 3

Comes out tomorrow. Because of this game, I am finally going to pick up a router and wireless port and get my Xbox online.

Game is gonna be off the hook.

let me know how dope it is. I picked up crimson skies but I suck at it. I am more of a FPS player.

Hopefully the friendly AI will be better than the PC version. If I watch one more team walk into a room and die one by one....

Well, I picked it up, but haven't played yet. Gonna try it out soon. I still don't have my Xbox online, but that will happen eventually.

As for the AI ... it is supposed to be much improved from what I have read. We'll see....

Its not going to be as good as the hype is trying to make it out to be. I'm getting my copy tomorrow with a new headset.

I have Crimson Skys, thats very good game.

I'm looking forward to Links(golf online) and topspin(tennis online). Plus Counter Strike everyone swears by, and of course Halo 2.

Rainbow Six "3" (Raven Shield) is way cooler on the PC.

XBOX is sooooo not fun anymore. Mine is covered in dust.

Halo is what XBOX is all about... and Halo 2 is what will make me turn it back on.

Someday it will be mine.
I love my XBOX. It cost less than the video card I want so I can play PC games without having to kill all the eye candy. You don't have to jack with anything. You just push the "on" button.
But there is a certain sense of control I miss without a keyboard and a mouse.

OK ...... this game officially rocks and now I definately have to get Xbox Live. The controls have been perfected for console play. The AI is actually very good ..... your guys still have a tendency to get hung up on your own character if you stand in their way, but other than that, they are very effective. Graphics are solid, sound is very good.

Now it's time to get online and play it.....

And don't tell me you haven't had time to play it, cause if your playing madden you have time for live.

Once you get live, just chuck your copy of madden out the window, cause your never going to play it again.

Its as fun as Halo was, and with it being online, its better than Halo.

Rainbow six 3 off line and online = great. It has over 70 voice commands that seem flawless. You can say (into your XBL headset) "open frag and clear" they repeat your command so you know they got it and then they execute it. Sweet!

I think everybody knows it was originally a PC game, but what’s wrong with making it better and what’s wrong with UBI making console games? I think it was a good move for UBI, I love Rainbow Six for the PC, but I like it better now for the Xbox, with voice recognition and Live support with voice chat. C'mon don't be so narrow minded, open you’re playing field. The PC, Xbox, PS2, and Gamecube have great things to offer. You are going to miss a lot of great games if you limit yourself to just one platform.

I use a PS2 for certain games....I don't like how UBI forgot about PC Gamers and concentrated so much time on the xbox version. I am narrow minded because I don't think UBI did a great job on the PC Version and then did everything we all wanted in the XBox except for the SDK. FPS are not good for Console games. I don't like how they gave the name Rainbow Six to the xbox either....I am pretty sure Tom Clancy had a fit about that.
