"...meaning you're one of those pauperpoets in other words, yes certain humans are susceptible to that affliction or I am told, very pleased to meet you now..." replied the goblin feasting upon xxxxx's explanation though, her first meaty post of many he hoped then, then adding "...no, this being a writer's forum and all that, I just thought you were another writertype here, whereas me I'm just your average everyday sort of goblin I suppose, btw have you tried xxxxxxx poetry forum, the poetry's pretty good...", in fact, the goblin by now had been banned there for his antics, explaining "...no, I think they thought me a troll now, but I mean do I look like a troll, would any troll be this engaging and supportive towards you here, no I'm a livewriter like the others are in my circle are...", at which point the goblin wondered if it would be appropriate to post one of his poems below, then suggesting instead "...naah, it's been years since I wrote poetry then, takes far too much time too, where I would restart if I didn't have a backlog of forums expecting posts from me instead, but tell you what though, if you post your poems below, I'll post my prose going post for post with you...", at which point the goblin then tried to visualise a typical pauperpoet again through that jewellery analogy there to better relate to them in future, saying "...yes, this is going to be difficult I imagine..."I write a LOT of poetry. I mean, the amount I have posted is only about a tenth of the amount I try to write total. I love to write poetry because it's, in my opinion, the second most feeling form of art. It's beautiful because there's absolutely no structure to it unless THE WRITER chooses to have it. It's free. Poetry is beautiful because it's expression of the soul. Every word counts in it, but it can contain as many words as you want. Such beautiful figurative language. Poetry is beautiful because it to a soul is like jewelry to a dress. The dress is beautiful already, but the jewelry makes it pop and highlights its beauty. Is that what you mean?
It is an interesting approach, yet I don't trust that I have skill for having dialog with any one person through writing samples of fiction that I share. I will happily engage anyone who would like communication on something to any extent, but for me it would be separate from the material that comes with my creativity, with such engagement I am likely to share things from scripture. I welcome what communication is truly sought, and I can surely have it in a private message through the forums, with this new format, though it was difficult previously for me to keep it from being full such that a new message could be blocked. Communication by email didn't have such a problem, and I find it preferable and would use more. With any interest expressed I could share a Facebook page I have where further samples of my creativity are shared, and I would answer any question. I also will gladly share accounts with inclusion of a goblin who would fit in with a coming scenario.
repost from elsewhere, goblin doing a welcome explaining the trick of persona to a writertype
"...yay, nice to have someone to chat to here..." went the goblin hoping to be that inspired next generation then, before adding "...more folks read posts across forumland than most anything else these day, yet most writers haven't a clue how to get themselves remembered by those readers there, so they write with neither narration nor dialogue, hoping that the reader will just remember the username instead, they won't though, ah but what if the post was written in such a way that one wished to actually forget that one had read it, along with the goblin who had written it too...", so with that the goblin added a music stream to prove his point here, adding "...your readers are already reading you, yes your book starts from the post in fact..."
repost from elsewhere, another welcome then
"...I like your intro human..." went the goblin ever out to welcome people here, before continuing "...basically I can only see three paths open to writers today, the first being audio books since most folk no longer want to read at length, the second being books in the traditional form though for the reason I've just given they are suffering diminishing returns, and lastly short interactive content be that facebook forumland or other some other venue now, though that's hardly the best platform for book style content...", so the question to the goblin at least was how to blend all three paths together to maximize the potential readership, saying "...me, I'm only interested in the last path of the three I've mentioned because that is the one that is expanding still...", whereupon the goblin just stamped hard upon the red welcoming carpet turning it momentarily green, which he felt to be a far more welcoming colour unless one likes red instead
I'm thinking the only way the young lady's voice could be made better would be to use an autotune keyboard,,,,and hit her repeatedly with it until we can't hear her.
I don't believe in senseless violence but I'll make an exception in this case,,,,!
