But they still could be popular with most of the people that existed in the country at the time.

Adjusting for population growth by using per-capita or by expressing what you're looking for as a percentage of the whole is perfectly normal in statistics and is the best way to accurately represent the feelings of a given population and how that changes over time.

That’s very likely true. I’d agree Biden isn’t the most popular president. I’m not so gung-ho about him. Of the 20 or so candidates that made the stage in the primaries, there was only 4 that I could say in full confidence I would vote for Biden over. Judges prefer to have evidence shown, rather than promised, but not delivered. If there's evidence of voter fraud, then by all means share it. I have yet to see a single shred of evidence that has any weight behind it or stands up to even the slightest bit of scrutiny.
