Yes, we might only have a few minutes left - maybe just a microsecond, but I think the reason we are instructed to pray always is to develop a personal relationship with the Lord and receive his guidance. Without his guidance I think we all would get ourselves into a lot of trouble. With his guidance we find paradise, right here in this lifetime.

Sometimes, our worrying just means that we need a hug from God. We get weary, tired, beat down in so many ways. When we find ourselves worrying (it happens), we draw near to God, crawl up on His lap, and get a hug. When our brothers and sisters are worried, we pray and we intercede for each dear one, asking our heavenly Father to minister to each dear one, as only He can.

We need not worry about worrying.

Worrying is just an indication that we need to go to our heavenly Father.

Yes we will have tribulation, but in the end we are always under Gods wing. All things work good Romans 8

Romans 5:3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Having faith is different than being optimistic. It means you trust the Lord to see you through every problem.
