Interesting and upsetting at the same time. Why the continued perception that women expressing anger is bad.

I'm not surprised. I see this daily. I also agree with this quote from the article: "Brescoll said the findings revealed a "difficult paradox" for professional women -- while anger can serve as a powerful tool to achieve status at work, women may have to behave calmly in order to be seen as rational."

I know I have worked at jobs where I have been intentionally driven to anger because I worked harder. When I realized that was what they were doing I quickly slowed down to where I could keep my composure. Some people work faster under pressure to the point of anger while others do not.
