Hi, i need some help, i've been trying to trim down my stomach size, but all the crunchs, and sit-ups aren't helping that much, does anyone know of a way to lose fat around the stomach?

The simple answer is cardio and eating well. If you are eating more than you should be than cut back on your caloric intake. Otherwise just try to eat more healthily and spread out small meals over the day. Yup, it's cortisone that your refering too. Cortisone is released by the adrenal gland when your under stress. One of the side-effects can be weight gain. But this would really only apply to someone who is constantly under high stress or who is taking shots of cortisone (in one of its forms) for lowering inflamation.
