Anyone on that forum who quoted the Quran saying that gay people deserved death and agreed with it would be treated exactly the same as a Christian who did the same. With contempt.

And yes, the death penalty was for certain sins. But all had punishment. It is why Israel has been in Exile.

This is Christian Forums, not Muslim Forums. Let any Muslim here come to the defense of their homophobic laws if they would.

The question here is whether you believe homosexuality is such a bad thing that it is or ever was worth killing someone for being gay. My answer is simply no. Why isn’t yours?

Don't get it? Yes, it's a Christian forum. And we Christian are being spoken to as if we are as Islam. As If there were no difference. Why are you complaining about that. We obviously are not.

How am I doing that? From my perspective it seems I’m asking very easy questions and I’m not getting straight answers.

Don't be trite. You'd do well to address the problem rather than hiding behind what you claim others think of Christianity. There are huge numbers of Christians on this forum who show compassion and understanding and who argue their positions clearly and coherently without needing to resort to language such as that.

We have parents being called terrorists by our government for exposing their kids to what they consider por no graphic materials in schools. Just the other day parents showed up for a school board meeting, after 40 % quit sending their kids to class because of what they were teaching. They go to the meeting, Antifa shows up. Physical attacks. You could see on video one atifa member being pulled away by a cop. As he escorts him away, from his attack on someone, He passed another parent on the ground, and kicks him as he goes by. Nothing from you guys here. You think they deserve that? Do you think our kids (our kids not the states), deserve this? You're dripping disdain.

I’m aware, it’s just interesting you won’t say in your own words that gay people deserve to be killed. You will agree with a Bible verse to that effect because you have decided you cannot disagree with any part of the Bible, but you cannot bring yourself to express a Biblical declaration as your own opinion. I think you don’t really agree with it, but your own moral and intellectual cowardice will never allow you to confront that incongruence. How tedious.

My call is to respond appropriately to posts that specifically propose that gay people deserve death. Whether the quotes are from the bible, the Quran or any other religious text.
