It doesn't matter if it's unfermented grape juice or fermented grape juice. The power is in the story, not the props. Personally I would favor using unfermented grape juice due to the weakness of others. There are some who believe drinking fermented wine is a sin and there are others who struggle with alcoholism. It's important not to be a stumbling block.
Some very good statements.

Jesus never used wafers too. Your point?
But he did use bread, didn't he? And we think it was unleavened. The point is that the elements are of the same substances.

It's a bit much to debate whether the wine had a nice bouquet or not, most of us could agree...and the same goes for how thick the piece of bread might be.

Jesus used unleavened bread - according the the gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke - so we use unleavened bread. If you want to call it wafers then have at it because it is still unleavened bread no matter what denigrating terms you toss into your posts.

Maybe i dont understand about sacraments and to tell you the truth i dont participate in them, but i do try and be sincere and truthful with God about myself, and i examine myself. I try to do what is right but im far from perfect. The Lord will judge me one day, may he have mercy.

1 Co 5:7 Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump? 7 Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.[c] 8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth

1 co 11:8 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup.

What is wine made out of? Is it not grape juice?

Both are of the SAME SUBSTANCE. The only difference is that one is fermented and the other is not.

I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure they make wine out of grapes - not grape juice:):p

Then what's the difference? Why didn't Jesus just use grape juice and be done with it?

Surely you can see wisdom in a recovered alcoholic not drinking wine. Is he not obeying the Lord if he drinks only juice? If its acceptable then for him to drink only juice, then why would anyone else be any different?

Eph 5:18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit,

A recovered alcoholic cannot usually take wine, it will usually lead to drunkeness and a loss of control. Im not judging or preaching to alcoholics and im far from perfect myself, but my point for this scripture and my opinion is to show that being filled with the spirit has nothing to do with drinking wine.

Jesus drank of the FRUIT OF THE VINE.

And He said to them, “This is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many. 25 Assuredly, I say to you, I will no longer drink of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.” Mark 14:24-25

As wine is made ENTIRELY from the fruit of the vine, it's acceptable.
As grape juice is made ENTIRELY from the fruit of the vine, it's acceptable.
