Will I ever get over my anxiety?

The anxiety's so bad...I'm supposed to go out on the deck every night and pray, and I'm trying to believe in God, but it's difficult. I don't have a lot of faith.

I have an anxiety disorder, and I've suffered panic attacks, so I understand what you're talking about here. (Although, our specific journeys aren't the same of course)

I think it's great that you are praying and reaching out to God. He knows exactly what you're going through.

Have you talked with your doctor about your anxiety? And is there a close family member or friend you can trust to talk with?

I will pray for you.

And in answer to the question you posed in the title of this thread, yes, there is hope. Things can get better, even if the anxiety never completely goes away, it doesn't always have to be the way it is now.
