Prove that Schiff actually was the one who altered the text, as opposed to being the one who read it. Otherwise you should recant you accusation that Schiff altered evidence.

Prove that Schiff actually was the one who altered the text, as opposed to being the one who read it. Otherwise you should recant you accusation that Schiff altered evidence.

I didn't say he physically sat down and did the graphic - but he did sit down in front of Congress and testify to the accuracy of the graphic someone on his staff made. He is the head of the intelligence committee - either he lied or he is so incompetent that he doesn't know what he is attesting to. Did he not read the evidence then place an order for a graphic to be made so he can present it? Then read it into record as true? Is he a liar or just ignorant of the truth?
